View was incredible, swimming pool fab size, loved the privacy and quietness and absence of children, bed & linen was super comfortable, room was lovely & large, tv, good sized fridge, kitchenette , shower gel etc Fabulous fresh orange juice for breakfast each day:) Kindness of the manager feeding the stray cat family who were hugely entertaining. Also his help and concern when husband was unwell with a cold. The grounds were lovely maintained with flowers, herbs, fruit, olive trees and organic tomatoes that were available.

We thought that the room including the bathroom should have been cleaned every day including bed made as it is a 4 star accommodation. We were surprised it was not! We were staying longer than most guests ie for 9 nights but our breakfast did not vary and remained the same throughout. No fans - only A/C ! We don’t use a/c as it makes us sick but no electric fans on premises. Had we known prior to confirming it probably would have been a dealbreaker. We were there during the heatwave tho with temperatures at 40/42C - difficult to sleep in. Green algae sticking along inside of the pool - if cleaned off the pool would be even more inviting

11/10 - Exceptional place I want to emphasize that our host, Georgo, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he warmly welcomed us and continued to provide outstanding hospitality throughout our visit. He was always available to assist us with any requests, making us feel incredibly comfortable and ensuring our stay was nothing short of amazing. also breakfast was delicious

The property was great, very comfortable and clean, with great views. Giorgos was an exceptional host. Our experience was the best!

Very nice and quiet place. But the best is the outstanding hospitality from George - you will feel right at home from the very first moment.

This property is absolutely incredible, the views out over the Mediterranean and surrounding countryside are just breath-taking. The villa itself is modern, comfortable, and very well appointed. The room was great, and came with the use of an awesome outdoor kitchen on the beautiful terrace. The property has an abundance of fruit and vegetable trees providing you with an almost endless supply of free produce including lemons, plums, blackberries, strawberries, tomatoes, courgettes, oranges, apples, and more! The stand out though was the amazing George who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and content throughout our stay. It wouldn't have been the same without him. We stayed for 8 nights and could happily have stayed for 8 months. Highly recommended.

There's nothing wrong with the property itself, but just note that the drive to get there from Kalamata takes you along some tight, twisty roads and up a steep hill. This doesn't present any problems, and even in our rental car with a small engine we didn't have any issues, but it's just something to be aware of.

there are five rooms (three lower, two upper floor) with different views/sun light/bathroom configuration/privacy, you don‘t know which one you get. too many cats. -> anyway, we would definitely come again!

Super lovely and friendly hosts, the place has awesome views and a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Would 100% recommend it.
