Our stay at Oltremare couldn't have been better. The owners were so warm and took us in like family. Breakfast was to die for and the lodging itself was lovely, nice to find space in a slightly quieter part of town. I just wished we'd had more time to enjoy the pool and the grounds!

The breakfast was amazing, everything you could want and more - homemade bread, cakes, delicious fruit, salad, cheese, cooked breakfast anything you wanted - choice of juices, good coffee and tea and all served with a big smile and Adriana could not have been more helpful and lovely as was

A great place to stay in Spetses, the hotel is situated a bit outside the port at a quiet location 15 min walking from the center. The rooms were spacious and clean with nice decoration. You have to keep in mind that the shower is inside the room, we knew it before booking and it wasn't a problem for us as we are a couple. The amenities were from local producers. The room was clean and quiet. The owners were great! Very friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the port, helped us rent a quad and gave us great tips! The breakfast was amazing! A lot of variety and very well cooked. They allowed us a late check in without extra charge. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it!

Maybe the mattress was a little soft for my taste but nevertheless comfortable

Very good location, in walking distance from the points of interest yet quiet. Very spacious and comfortable room with nice terrace and view. Nice pool area. Polite and helping staff. SUPERB breakfast of excellent variety and quality, served in a cosy yard. Mirco, the owner, extremely helpful and cool.

The distance from the absolute perfection here is just a small espresso machine in the room :)

The hotel is located 10-15 minute walk from the port making it a quieter area of Spetses. The breakfasts are outstanding! Beautiful, freshly prepared and abundant. Exceptionally clean pool at a beautiful temperature. Mirko and Adriana are beautiful and generous hosts who have managed to create a very special atmosphere. Our favourite stay in Greece and I would best describe this boutique hotel as being quite contemporary and stylish but also very relaxing.

This was the perfect place to stay in Spetses. A cozy, beautiful getaway tucked away in the hillside just minutes from the city center. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. The rooms were super comfortable, we slept great! And the breakfast was incredible: a full spread of homemade cakes, quiche, and pies... fresh fruit and yogurt, cereals, amazing coffee! It was like something out of a magazine. We will be back!

Amazing breakfast. The host took great care of food allergies and even made special cakes. Very heartwarm and serviceminded host and made our stay on the island fantastic. Was an authentic and beautiful hotel with a local feeling.

The room was a little cold during the night, primarily on arrival day. The toilet needed a little more time to refill water, so it was a bit noisy.

I have no doubt the breakfast will be mentioned by more people than not, and rightly so because the selection was outstanding! Add to that the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, a wonderful view, the free delicious snacks, the pool and the waiver of the check-out time so that we were allowed to use the room until 16:00, and you get a near-perfect B&B!

A minor nit-pick would be the shower was directly next to the bed and separated by see-through glass panels - not a problem if you’re a couple, slightly inconvenient when sharing a room as friends.

I loved the location, a little set back from the beach part way up a hill. A very quiet and relaxing setting. The bedroom was very nice and comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was amazing and had so much choice. Best of all was the host, he was so helpful and friendly, ordering us dinner when we arrived late on the first night and ordering us a moped. He always had a smile on his face.
