Lovely large room & beautiful garden

We would have liked a chopping board to prepare fruit & vegetables

Room 2 was quite cold in October but this would be a big bonus in summer. Warm duvet provided on request. A little difficult to find, about 10/15 mins walk from the port.

Large studio, clean, well equipped and with comfortable bed and pillows. Large terrace with lovely sea views. Helpful owner.

I thank with all my heart the owner of the studio, he was wonderfully helpful. A very open-hearted person, calm. You have everything you need in the studio, there is a nice view as well.

Everything is not new but for this money it's perfect.

Great location & view. Everything you need!

I loved it here. Lovely, clean, comfortable and big room with a great view out to sea from the terrace. It’s a short walk into the town. Really good value for money. Friendly and helpful family that run it - I plan to go back one day. Recommend hiring a bicycle to explore the island and to get to incredible beaches. Spetses is wonderful 😊

Our staying at theos studios was fantastic, the room was as described, simple but had all we needed, very clean and the owners very friendly, plus the view was amazing!

Everything was great!

Lovely location uphill the Kounoupitsa area, very quiet with easy access to the city centre and to the harbour. Spacious studio, very clean with good cooking facilities. Our terrace-balcony had a great view to the sea and to the rooftops of the city. The owner and his family have been very friendly and caring! Thank you for the tips and your hospitality :-)

Nothing to complain about!

Both Spiros and his daughter are amazing people! They were really welcoming and nice to talk. Apartment was so clean and nice, they gave us presents when we got there, and during the whole our vacation they took care of us and apartment was cleaned several times and towels changed. Location of the place is perfect, if you rent quad or scooter which you must have for this island you can reach anywhere in short time. We highly recommend this place to anyone!

Big room, very clean and well equipped. The view from the terrace was beautiful, very calm at night and the family that owns it is very friendly and helpful.

Theo Studios was very clean and comfortable. The WiFi was good. The location was excellent. Everyone was lovely, friendly and helpful!
