All the basic stuff for daily needs was available. It was a studio apartment, so complete privacy was there.

Position is very very good. Station is so close,there is conbini,good bento shop and the neighbour is quite.

The host is the worst I ever met. When I got there the place was dirty, hair everywhere, chopsticks covered in mold. The washing machine was not plugged in, the gas in the kitchen was working strange. Place really needs a bit of work

It was cheap.

1. Locations is not good. Its not good if you coming here for business. 2. The room is very small. It is only for one person, however you can accommodate max 2 person. however, adjusting 3 people in this room was kind of rude. it was very hard to manage. 3. The room and kitchen is attached. I would have adjusted with it had it been one person staying in the room. However the kitchen in the same room makes the room even more uncomfortable. 4. The portable wifi provided was just one and was not upto mark. The battery of the portable wifi gets exhausted very soon. Always had to carry power bank plugged in it. Also as we were three of us, we always faced the problem of carrying the wifi. If someone had to stay in room, it became hard as there is nothing to do in room if you dnt have wifi.

It was very close (5 minute walk) to Yakuendai Station and there was a 7-eleven and small grocery store down the street for food.

It was filthy when we got there. There’s mold growing under sink cover and mold growing on the ceiling. The bathroom smells of mold instantly as you walk in. Other people’s belongings were still in the room (i.e shoes and hats). We were told to separate the trash but there were no garbage bags so we had to empty out our own shopping bags to use as garbage bags. Every code he gave us was incorrect, the lockbox code was wrong, the code for the internet was wrong, we basically had to figure it all out for ourselves. The futon mats were so hard it felt like we were laying directly on the ground. We asked for 2 more to place on top of the other ones to make it softer. It helped a little bit not much. When I complained about all this to the manager of the hotel the only compensation I received was half of the cleaning bill refunded. I only wanted it cleaned while I was there really. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at any hotel and I’ve stayed at a hotel in Tampa FL that was overrun with ants so that’s saying something.
