Well located, good price. Near beach and old town without the prices. Could be a tiny bit cleaner.

It has a great location in the town. The owners were responsive and polite. The view from the top floor is the best in the town

The only perks were the location of the hotel and the view.

The bathroom was very bad. It wasn't properly cleaned and the facilities inside were old. Our window was facing the terrace of the other room. The was no noise isolation and you could hear almost everything. There was no parking and we needed to park somewhere else and to pay extra.

The locations is very good, because everything is in close range - the new town and the old town. The view from the terrace was amazing. Big rooms with all you need.

There are no places for parking and in peak season it is hard to find parking spot. The bathroom was flooded by the shower everytime someone showers.

The place is in the city centre, between the 2 beaches and near the old town. Everything is very close. The staff was friendly.

The room had a window above the front door and during night light was always on in the staircase, so it was very bright. The window needs to be blocked or curtained!! It is very noisy during the night as it is infront of a Döner joint, and during the night it is a meeting place for drunk teens. The wi-fi was very bad - it is the 21st century, you can't expect to have a 3 story hotel with only one wifi adapter. The AC needs to be cleaned, it had mold in it. Very old TV...

When we arrived we paid so I asked for payment receipt, they kept me waiting more than 20 minutes, the staff didn’t know how to give receipts, obviously they don’t give receipts at all… The room was with old furniture, old bathroom… very very dirty. It was not clean before us, on the towers there was sand from before … the sheets were torn and we had to ask for new. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There’s no parking. We go often to Sozopol and every other hotel/ guests house is better than that

Beautiful view, clean room, very nice people, perfect location, really close to the central beach. We will be back next year

The location was perfect - a block from the best part of the beach, and right at where the old town meets the new town. Everything was easily within walking distance. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a large balcony.

The WiFi didn't really work in the room. There wasn't daily cleaning of the rooms.
