The shower water ran all over the bathroom

Clean and spacious room with very comfortable twin Queen beds. Not the most glamorous hotel but location and a good rest make up for the somewhat tired carpet.

防音が非常に悪く、作業用のリフトの音が響き、部屋で日中はくつろぐことは無理。ただ、夜は音がしないので、問題なし。

Musty smell throughout the hall leading to room . Our room was basic and smelt had to spray perfume around the room. Filthy carpets Room was depressing bed was comfy .

The location was good. Don't have anything else to say on what we liked.

The room was terrible not as advertised certainly not modern Decor as described. The window was frosted trying to hide the pigeon poo the pigeons were so noisy so not a lot of sleep was had. The carpet had what looked like blood stains. The room was very small the bed was on wheels not locked so every time we moved so did the bed. The decor was awful certainly not worth $209 which is the original price of a standard Queen room. False advertising with the photos when booking the room. Huge disappointment it looked the complete opposite in fact. The receptionist Hassan was rude and he passed the buck very quickly onto The hotel manager who was not interested when we complained and just fobbed us off!!

Some of the property smells musty

Location was great....hence why we stayed at Grosvenor. Price was great. Staff where great.

Water pressure didn't exist in the shower. Was very disappointed to arrive with a heap of luggage and be told that no hotel parking available and had to park down the street. Despite booking two rooms well in advance yet still not ONE available parking spot.

I just enjoy staying at the Grosvenor. I live a couple of hours from Adelaide and each I stay overnight I love to stay at the Grosvenor. The location is perfect and the rooms are great and clean.

The rooms are a little outdated. Needs some usb ports next to the bed. Breakfast was very average especially eating of throw away cutlery and plates etc.

Items found (food and tissues) behind a chair and under the bed near the faux window. We disposed of them.

Room was comfortable and clean. However, there was a strong odour of cleaning product when I first entred the room and it took around 24 hours to dissipate, which made the first night less enjoyable. Beyond that, everything else was fine and as advertised.

Fire alarm went off twice, was loud and a false alarm. Would have been good if there were more TV channels (for no cost).

Great location, one of the least expensive option, comfortable bed and clean facility

Only window is opaque so can feel a bit locked in. This is ok if just sleeping in the room but I would pay more for sunlight if I was working in the room during the day.

Old out dated tv, add says have satellite channels they didn’t. Room was small for the price. Couldn’t open windows very far for fresh air. Frosted glass on the bedroom window didn’t make it feel very good.

Location was great. Staff were helpful. Shower was good once we worked out how to make it work.

Carpets need cleaning / replacing, it smelt really musty. Had to buy a room deodoriser.

The beds were so comfortable while the staff were nice and friendly. It was nice they thought of security and locked the doors on the crazy Friday night.

Despite the bag and utensils for breakfast being biodegradable, there weren't any recycling bins available. It felt awful having to dump everything in the bin for landfill. Such a waste...

Liked the location was perfect

The smell, it smelt like mold in the room you couldn’t escape the smell unfortunately. The aircon didn’t work & no heater either.

Reception accommodated my early check-in request without charge and the room was clean and spacious. Juliet balcony was a nice touch as was the fresh air. Water was hot, shower pressure good. Overall a good 1 night stay.

As a 'wet' shaver, I'm always disappointed when the plug in the basin doesn't keep the water in. This means I have to run the tap and this is wasteful. Also, all the breakfast rubbish & discarded packaging was all put into black sacks. I hope it was being sorted and recycled somewhere 'behind the scenes', but I'm fearful it wasn't. Finally, room heating was poor. The room was too hot but at least I could open the window. Minor things but easy to address.

The cost was reasonable and the location was great. Close to restaurants and entertainment

It was a bit tired and dated. Could do with a good carpet cleaning and some painting
