Swimming pool area needs improvement. Not enough umbrellas and the hotel need to enforce policies to avoid people "reserving" chairs.

Great facilities for families. The weather was not so nice all the time but we could enjoy the indoor pool

The hotel is clean & comfortable but it could do with the rooms being updated.

The staff didn't ask anything about how our stay was on checkout, in fact he (Nelson) said nothing.

Rooms could do with a little update and as we stayed in December were a little cold. Just asked for an extra blanket.

The pool and outside bar were very nice. The room was nice and spacious with a good pool view. Good options at breakfast!

Deck chairs were "reserved" from early morning by people who mostly didn't claim them until after lunch. No effort was made by staff to discourage this. No iron available. Safe was available in the room but charged at a daily rate (shocking given how expensive the room was). Drinks were very expensive in the bar. After our room was cleaned, it stank of a dirty mop for the rest of the day!
