The view was the best and jacuzzi excellent and always clean

Two bedrooms and the second bedroom's entrance is through the main bedroom. We didn't pick it up on the photos and the was no privacy in the main bedroom.

I looked for information about Mykonos in travel blogs and the recommendation was to stay in Imerovigli. It's not a good idea. This hotel and the others nearby are far from any commercial place with restaurants and shops, better stay and Oia or Phyra. About the hotel, the only thing that counts is the view. The rest is not worth the price, everything seems cheap and poorly taken care of.

The staff has always been attentive, but the accommodations are not worth the price. The room is simple, and poorly decorated, made with woods of the worst quality. The bathroom is old and looks dirty cause the lack of maintenance of the walls and floor, for example. All the architecture, the furniture, everything in the hotel is simple and cheap. The photos can be deceiving. Breakfast is ok, it's very basic. Overall, I would recommend some hotel in Oia or Phyra. They are small villages with several options for everything.

Beautiful view of the caldera and amazing room. Very spacious as we had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was a comfortable stay.

Wi-Fi was not strong in the rooms

We like the view. no need to go to Oia to see the sunset. It’s in front of you everyday.

Theres a sewer smell from the toilet going to the bedroom. The toilet is dark and looks dirty. The room smells like a cheap cologne (they spray it as room air freshener). The room design and finishing are not ok. No headboard. Separation Walls are gypsum board, u can hear the noises from all sides. No dining options in the room. Restaurants are far, u need to walk like 30 minutes going up just to eat. Pools and room are not as beautiful as the picture.

The view was really good.

But the hotel is very far from the city center and with our luggage it became very difficult to walk till the hotel. We didn't get any hot water at all. We called and asked the staff, still we didn't get hot water. And the Wi-Fi didn't work at all :( I got really disappointed because of the WIFI. Even after paying so much, felt sad as there was problem with all these basic facilities.

I loved the stunning views of the caldera, the spacious 2 bedroom suite, and the kind and attentive give service from the staff!

No real negatives to report. Make sure you understand this property is a 10 minute walk to the town of Imerovigli uphill and rocky/ unpaved. There is a bus stop right across the street that will take you to Oia. Ideally you will have a car or walk to town and catch a bus to Fira bus station which will take you anywhere on the island. Taxis are pricey!

pool area is so bad

Great view of the Caldera. Not too busy in the pool area. Located on the path if you choose to hike.

The rooms were outdated. Old holes throughout the bathroom walls had been grouted up left leaving them fairly unattractive. Certainly not exclusive, but has great views. The cleaner's quarters were next to our room so we were woken at 7 am every morning to chatting. I must add the cleaners were sensational with a deep clean of the rooms every day.

The location. You could watch sunset right from your balconies, relaxing and drinking complimentary wine.

The WiFi was not at all good.

They will help you with the room service and food ordering . Which is excellent considering the location. Also sunset view was priceless.

Room was not as in pictures. Bathroom had no window and the view of the room was a sort of construction site. Wi fi was not working. I’ve been in Santorini several times and for the same price there are better options.

The sunset was really nice from the accomodation. They cleaned the room every day and refilled everything (water, shower gel etc...). The stuff was nice and helpful.

We booked room with one bad for two people, however it was two single bed pulled together with one blanket. It was really uncomfortable.

The breakfast, our room was not very clean upon arrival, we received the badest room of our cathegory, we paid 400€/night for our honeymoon... we didn't expect that, no room service, even for drinks, no bar...

The property is situated in the best spot to chill and have a good time in Santorini. So calm and peaceful! Close to Oia and Thira and easily accessible by walk to Imerovigli. If you are looking for a place to reflect and really relax, this is the best place to be in santorini and also the best spot to watch the sunset. I travel a lot for work and I have been to so many hotels all around the world, I must say that Nikos the hotel manager is the best hotel manager I have met so far! Before you say a word about what you would like, it’s like he already know exactly what you’re going to say. He is very gifted. He was very helpful throughout our stay. Also Angela the receptionist is very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay there if we ever visit Santorini again!!!
