Mi experiencia fue excelente, ya que al llegar nos ofrecieron un upgrade por el mismo precio al hotel Royal Plaza de la misma compañía, que se encuentra frente al Villa Toscana. La pieza con vista al lago era sumamente amplia y cómoda y contaba además con un cómodo balcón para sentarse a ver las preciosas puestas de sol de esos días. El personal es muy amable, en particular Gaetan en la recepción y la señora que sirve el desayuno que nos habló en Italiano para facilitar la comunicación. Quedamos encantados y volveremos en el futuro.

Room was very old and there are a lots of dust. The sink is occluded and can't drain.

On a été surclassé 2 fois : d'abord on est transférés dans le palace en face (Royal Plaza) et ensuite (du coup) la chambre était le double de surface et on a eu piscine chauffée (intérieure) et jacuzzi !
Repas au Sinatra's bar très bon et pas excessif (pour la Suisse)

Die Schwimmbadnutzung erfolgt im Haupthaus auf anderer Straßenseite. Hässlicher 80 Jahre 5 Sterne Koloss. Parkplatz außen vor dem Haus für 28sfr. Villa Toscane auch in die Jahre gekommen und nicht zeitgerecht renoviert. Preis / Leistung Mittel und laut an der Hauptstraße in 2. Reihe zum See.

We were upgraded to the nearby Royal Plaza hotel on arrival.
They have a good Type2 EV charging station there including cables (located in the subterranean parking).
The hotel is located right at the lively Montreux seaside riviera pedestrian area.
The EV charging station provider in the subterranean parking was charging a relatively steep CHF 0.86 per kW on top of the hotel's daily parking fees.
Tesla destination charging would be nice.

Location and room cleanliness
Ac not working. Landline to call people not working. No staff in villa to talk to. We need to cross the road to go to reception to inform about anything

I like that it was easy from train station and bus station is located just infront once you step outside. It only 1 stop to the with the bus.
I liked that you get a free bus ticket and we could go on boat ride 10% off.
Definitely If I get a chance to visit Montreux I will definitely book my stay in the same hotel.

Hotel close to Montreux Jazz Festival and hence close to the lake. Although our view from the ground floor was nonexistent. Staff at the reception was superb friendly and the rooms are decent.

Amazing beds. Very nice terrace accessible from the room. Across the road from the lake shore. A short walk from the train station.

Next to main concert hall in Montreux. Nice room. Building has some charm. Everything worked and was clean.
Parking isn't signalled clearly.

Fantastic location. Private terrace and excellent parking space location. Very friendly staff. Access to gym/spa. Bus stop nearby for main route to attractions.
Rooms are separate from the main hotel in a sister building but this is very close and not too much of an inconvenience.

The proximity to the train station and the wonderful large room was perfect. Lots of space for what we needed as a family.
The bathtub/ shower was really high for my mother to get out of and needed assistance to get in/ out.

Location of the hotel was wonderful - right on the doorstep of Lake Léman! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and happily looked after our luggage as we arrived early. They also suggested some excellent local restaurants.
The room was clean and comfortable, and whilst we unfortunately couldn’t use the Spa, we had access to the facilities at the Hotel du Grand Lac Excelsior which were great.
The Riviera card was also extremely helpful and allowed us to access (and appreciate!) the beauty that Switzerland has to offer.

a bit noisy, we could hear people in the corridor as well as folks walking in the room above us
IKEA bed not acceptable at that room rate!
room was half underground…again not acceptable at that room rate

We were upgraded from Villa Toscane to the Royal Plaza - the five star 'sister' hotel across the road.. Villa Toscane appeared to be closed. We had a very pleasant room overlooking the lake and were very happy with the change.
No complaints.
