Checkin time- first of all there is an unusual checkin time 4pm . In my case I got checkin at 6 pm . They took long time to allocate the room. Exactly at 12 pm the next day, they locked the room and said, it is checkout time

The staff are excellent, always helpful, kind and efficient.

the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Only location was ok despite the access beach was not there and the gym under maintenance.

There wasn’t the direct access to the beach as advised. In the appartement, the carpet was to dirty, the floor too. In the bathroom, the furniture was damaged and water leakage was their during all of stay.

Great loaction and friendly staff

It was very big, veiw to the beach as well. Staff were kind too, no lies in description and super clean. I think it's great and definitely recommend. It's great and close to many good places as well.

Check-in was a bit confusing and getting to building as well, was not bad.

Location was good, east beach access and supermarkets on your doorstep

Staff at the check in desk were not friendly and didnt give much information and during check in the Security guard asked me to move my car elsewhere because it was time up. Mind you this is at the check in office and one should wait until the process is completed and given your designated parking. Waking up to screaming children and barking dogs. Apartment didnt have a seaview as per advert on booking. Com but instead had carparking shades and another apartment block located right in front of my balcony as a view The water was cold and the carpark dark lit. Mosquitoes and flies in the flat and when I asked for a repellant , was told it was my responsibility to buy one. The Gymn and swimming pool were in a different block which was 25 minutes walk from mine , how ridiculous!!! and I couldnt go due to my bad knee . To access the beach there was a fee to be paid despite this not been mentioned at time of booking. All that was mentioned was the apartment had beach access.This was a nightmare of a holiday apartment and it really ruined my holiday. I feel conned of my money.I wouldnt recommend this apartment to anyone who wants an enjoyable holiday in Dubai.

Advertised with a pool and beach this is not really the case. there is access to a beach club which is across a10 lane highway then 20 minutes walk down the road.
