I would have avoided to provide the above and below consideration in case of a 3 or four star hotel …. The overall quality of services and the structure were much lower than those of a five-star hotel (exception is made for the bathroom in the hall of the hotel... which is puzzling...). Cleaning - the status of the rooms is terrible, and the status of the swimming pool is even worse Location - There was a civil construction facility immediately adjacent to our room (on topo we had to drive 25 min to leave the Palm and reach Dubai mainland) Room - There was something wrong with the size and arrangement of the room Breakfast - stale dried fruit (almonds), no whole wheat bread, no real selection for a five-star hotel

We arrived 6am, they let us to check in 10am Staff were very friendly, always polite and helpful. Lots of food variety and well set up Hotel is very clean and easy to get around.

الفندق جميل والموقع مميز وأجواء الفندق بشكل عام مريحة وممتعة وطاقم الفندق مضياف ولديهم خبرة عالية في الإستقبال وتسهيل الوصول لجميع خدمات الفندق.

حجم الشرفة وحجم الغرفة البريميوم يجب ان يكونو اكبر قليلاً لكن بشكل عام الغرفة مناسبة لشخصين.

Er was geen minibar aanwezig op de kamer en ook geen supermarkt in het hotel waar je drinken kon kopen.

The property is ok nothing special

The rooms were not cleaned every day and the beds were not made every day I think they don’t have enough staff

Most of the staff was very helpful and nice

I didn’t like that my room was almost never cleaned and lied that we didn’t put the sign for cleaning when we did and also my Dyson hair styler wasn’t working there with the adapter and the guy repeatedly told me that my Dyson is the problem and not working but now that I am back in the US my Dyson works as it should, but the hotel guy kept saying that nothing is wrong with their outlet and the problem is the dyson but it was never the problem I really think I should be compensated some money back for the hotel as some some stuff was not very professional and I couldn’t use any styling tool over there because their outlets weren’t working ☹️

Small and no distractions.

Lots of construction occurring around the hotel which made it difficult to sleep or relax by day both in the room and out by the pool.

Nice small hotel with own private beach

It is next door to a building site and if you are in certain rooms it feels like you are actually on the building site. When on the beach you get waves of diesel from the trucks and cranes are swinging over you we were told we could have an upgrade for £161 which put us directly next to the building work, hardly an upgrade

Personnel avenant, attentif et disponible. Buffets généreux et de qualité. Hôtel permettant de combiner visites de Dubai et relation sur la plage ou au bord de la piscine. Certes une construction voisine générait un peu de bruit mais elle touche à sa fin et ne s'entend pratiquement pas de la plage. Pas de problème pour visiter Dubai . Des taxis étaient toujours disponibles. Le plus ...le Mall Emirates offre une navette 4 fois par jour depuis l'hôtel jusqu'au Mall et retour.

Nous avons opté pour un supplément afin d'avoir une chambre supérieure avec balcon et vue mer. Pas sûr que cela en valait la peine ? La douche de notre chambre 221 était très mal conçue car l'eau s'écoulait en direction de la salle de bain nous obligeant à mettre des serviettes de bain parterre pour éviter l'inondation dans la chambre. Le robinet du lavabo fuyait.

Struttura dalla mentalità vecchia, concierge che provano a rifilarti taxi privati a prezzi decisamente più alti dei vari Uber (per poi abbassare le tariffe immediatamente dopo averglielo fatto notare), facchini indisponenti non appena capiscono che non gli darai una mancia (per totale assenza di contanti, non per altro). Da un 5 stelle sono comportamenti fastidiosi e inaccettabili.

We absolutely loved our stay here ! The rooms are super nice , new, good size and super comfy beds! Bathroom is super nice , great shower. The room has a minibar and also a lovely balcony! Everything is modern and has a nice boutique beach vibe ! Staff was great and welcoming as well. The pool and beach area was amazing ! Loved this place! It has a good location at the end of the Palm, not to much things around, so you would need taxi to get around.

The breakfast was probably the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. The choice was incredible, the pastry chef was amazing and there really was something for everyone. There was a lovely coffee shop offering speciality coffees which was amazing. We were kindly allowed a late check out and use of changing facilities at the end of our stay. The pool and beach areas were great and all the pool bar staff were brilliant. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It would have been helpful to my wife to have a hairdryer provided in the changing facilities, thankfully the lady in the spa invited her in to use their hairdryer which was kind and much appreciated.

What I like , Food,food and again food , for all meal was very delicious
