The hotel and staff far exceeded our expectations. First class! Our experience began upon an early arrival where we were offered complimentary snacks, coffee, soft drinks (beer) while we waited for our room. The room was beautifully decorated. Again, all day snacks are available plus 5:30-7pm happy hour wine. Breakfast was great and the staff was exceedingly helpful with dinner recommendations and reservations. We will stay again if in the area and recommend to friends!

Only issue, shower floor is EXCEPTIONALLY slippery! I actually fell. I recommend some form of slight abrasive surface finish. Be warned!

Brilliant location, spacious and clean rooms, good valet parking service. Kind and helpful staff. Free snacks and drinks (Prosecco, beer, soft drinks) between 5-7pm (a real highlight!!)

So much to enjoy about hotel ilaria! Staff were excellent, location is perfect, the free snack bar until 7pm, free use of the bikes, great breakfast. Would def recommend!

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good variety of food and drinks at breakfast. They even offer complimentary aperativo at 5pm which is a nice touch.

Only negative is that our room was quite small but the hotel us inside the walls of lucca so space is limited.

Excellentl location. convenient to be able to reserve parking which is a big deal when staying in Lucca. Stayed in a family room which was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Happy hour is a great touch too as we met some lovely people whole enjoying a drink with snacks! Central location in a beautiful part of the old town with bars and shops close by. Definitely be back
