Fantastic location, a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Room well equipped and fantastic staff, all extremely cheerful, polite and very welcoming.

Having to select pool or beach sunbed - would have liked to just turn up at the pool without planning beforehand

The pool was to small for the Hotel.

Perfect location right next to the beach which was clean and not crowded. The breakfast was rich. Free, secured parking. Superb staff, always there to help. Our room was also nice and clean, with a sea view balcony.

The WiFi performance was really poor and should be upgraded.

excellent location direct by the see in Jesolo. The equipment and the furnitures are a little bit old but evetything was very clean. the Hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially the staff at the reception and the gentleman at the pool. You can get umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach or at the pool for free, you just need to book it at the reception. The breakfast is very rich, a lot of kind of food and also delicious. The parking possibility is very good, this is a big advantage in Jesolo. I can recommend this hotel for families, my kids really liked the pool and the facilities.

We stayed 3 nights in the summer, starting on a Sunday. They were very nice and upgraded our Family room. To their best room.. Top floor with a balcony. The room layout was great, two single beds for the kids, and then a "twin" in another room ( the room was separated by a curtain )

The only problem, was the room was... It was on the 6th floor. And with the outside temp in the 31 C, 87 F range. The single A/C unit for the room couldn't really control to a low enough temperature for me.

Breakfast with rich big variety of food sections. Coffee perfect. Room and bathroom was super clean. Parking was perfect vallet parking for first then all car find their spots, although takes some time.

Internet speed was super slow, 15 / 3 as I measured. Elevator is small and SLOW.

The hotel did not meet the price of the stay. Felt robbed at checkout. Looked nicer on the pictures. Overpriced is the final impression. Got 2 sunbeds for a room for 4 people. Had to pay for the last 2. Not all staff knew English, and did not understand us. Had to close the fridge in our room by putting our suitcase in front of the door, or else it would not close. One big cover for the bed for 2 people, and small pillow.

Cosy, calm family hotel with private pool right by the seaside. Plenty morning buffet with a good variety of food and fruits. Also good lunch and dinner, which you could enjoy on the terrasse with unlimited view of the sea. Every appartment has dedicated sunbeds (pool or seaside), so you have the same sunbeds for a week. This is super cool, as you avoid the early birds running down to the pool putting their towels on the sunbeds. Remember to ask reception for the either pool or seaside. The staff was smiling and very helpful in all matters. Nice rooms with own balcony and seaview. There were sufficient space in the rooms for 3 single beds for our three teenagers. Super. Very effective cleaning every day. Safe environment Private parking, which is great when you arrive in your own car.

Nothing negative to say, really. Oh. One thing. There is no laundry service at the hotel. And there is no laundry service close by. A thing we discovered when the reception guided us to what they thought was the nearest laundry shop.

Rooms so clean and comfortable, sound proof, great AC and wifi. The breakfast was so good. Staff were great. Location was perfect, right on beach and 1 min from supermarket and so many bars and restaurants, amusements etc.

The sunbeds at the pool were assigned to each room however we did not receive one - we did however get one for the beach but this was not explained to us and no option was given to choose pool over beach. I am still unsure as to how these are booked. It didn't effect us as we liked the beach and there were always beds free by the pool anyway.

1-they should every thing periodically before we cone as AC was not functioning however they compensate v well for that and satisfied us properly 2-we are about to leave and leave our passports in the reception because we forgot and they forgot and kept passports till time of check out and yet they also forgot ,we just remember out of blue.
