Everything is fine, nice family hotel with an amazing staff, rooms, pools, food, and entertainment.

The sofa wasn't really comfortable to sleep in, but I didn't expect that anyway. No free water in a room or at the restaurant. No close proximity to the beach.

This was just perfect! The room was so spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was amazing, the facilities, the restaurant everything was spot on. My kids loved playing in the pool and the kids evening entertainment. This was just the perfect little package, couldn’t have asked for anything more!

1 from the best hoteles in Mallorca, I have got satisfied in everything, hotel was awesome, pool, jacuzzi, restaurants, sauna, location, service, clean, food quality.... etc. Really I am so happy because I have stayed there , I give them 5 stars not only 4 as service and quality of everything that they have. Also I want to mention very kind thing that they have did for us that our check-out was very early like at 7 am and because of that they have made breakfast special for us and the whole restaurant has opened only for us , also the service was without charge and it was like gift before of leaving. Really thanks you so much. I recommend this hotel and next visit to Mallorca I will stay there again.

Hard mattresses on the beds Flies seem to be an issue around the resturant, most likey due to the open doors at the resturant entrance

I really like the stuff on the reception. They were very friendly and always tried to help. The room was big and comfortable. The food was amazing. I want to emphasize that the variety of meals left a pleasant impression!!!

The most horrible thing was that all the dishes at the restaurant were very dirty. There were always some rests of food on the plates, and they were also greasy. The second thing that I didn't understand is why there were no water in the hotel room and on the dinner. We always got water for breakfast, but for dinner we should buy it… I can't understand why the hotel doesn't provide us with the water, it is just a basic amenity in the summer at the hotel… For us, it was really strange and unpleasant experience. It was also forbidden for us to drink water that we brought with ourselves… This is already insane.

Breakfast and dinner were great, plenty of choice and the head chef was so helpful and friendly. Drink prices really reasonable, rooms were spacious and the hotel location was superb.

I was extremely disappointed with the kids club. During the day it only offered a bit of colouring in the morning and some puzzles if you were lucky. My daughter was really excited about the Disney disco as stated on the itinerary, however it never materialised. The first lady who was running the kids club looked bored and spent alot of her time on her phone in the mornings when she should have been engaging with the children, however the other lady (NIna I believe) really went out of her way to accommodate my daughter. As a family with two small children I do not think we should have been put overlooking the pool, unless you wanted to go to sleep after the evening entertainment there was no hope! Also the spa only offers treatments 2 half days a week in peak season. I was lucky enough to get in , but my mother in law was told on day one of her stay that there there was no availability. The air conditioning in our room was also not adequate. It went down to 21, not sure if it was faulty or just not low enough given that the day temp was around 36, I didn't sleep well at all for the 10 days we were there, and had to keep having cold showers throughout the night just to cool off.

really nice hotel for family holidays everything was great food was delicious evening programs close to beach but the best is that is really for kids and parents nobody gives you a bad look when kids jumping 100x to pool we will definitely come back

I weight 120kg and the mattras was bit soft but not big deal... I did not like that our holidays were too short😀

The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, great bath:) Good playground and small pool for kids.

Nice location close to the beaches and attractions, Safari zoo for kids. Very delicious buffet everyday and kids-friendly environment. Warm and kind staffs everywhere!

Our room was located directly on the street and we could hear some noises from the cars, ppl on the street in the middle of the night.

Food was good at the restaurant although compared to last summer, standards less than what they were.

Pool bar menu and service a disappointment.

The rooms are great. Very spacious and well equiped. Unfortunately the furniture gives an old smell to the room, but I guess that is because of location near sea. We visited during high season, but the hotel was never busy. The pool area has enough space for the amount of guests.

The food (dinner) was of medium quality. Not a lot of day-to-day variation. Hardly any variation in desert. The meat and fish were often badly overcooked/ overgrilled. The pool is not as big as we thought, but the good hygiene made up for that. The evening animation is nothing special. We enjoyed only the magician act. The master beds are good, but the extra bed (couch) is bad (no form, thin matrass)

I liked the standard of the buildings, quiet and gentle air conditioning, very good and varied dinners. The room was cleaned every day that is no longer obvious in many other hotels. Reasonable price. The lifeguard at the pool that seemed to do his job with attention and responsibility. It was the best hotel on Mallorca in this price range that we stayed at this year.

There were no allergens mentioned on the products and our son developed an anafilactic shock because of a wallnut that was in a bun! Also the breakfasts could be better. Our kids didn't have much fun at the pools as one was for very small children and the other was too deep for them- 130-200 cm in depth, so I advise you take it into consideration.

Food was great, Fresh, good variety. Room was great. Great for kids. Good prices also at the bar and restaurant. I stayed in many 5-star hotels that are not as good as this 4-star one! Some live music (only heard from room) was great. The bar staff next to the swimming pool are extremely nice, so is the manager in the dining area.

99% of staff do not speak English, hard to communicate (except very few) Pay for drinks during dinner (was not mentioned any where) , although prices are good. Terrible coffee (Nestle), the little things can make this place better.
