The hotel is very elegant and in a good location

The bathroom drain was very smelly and we were unable to get the AC to cool the bedroom

Staff were very kind and welcoming, food at the restaurant is really delicious, the room was clean and confortable

Clean and quiet room with comfortable beds and good soundproofing, we didn’t hear any of our neighbours or cars from the road. The view was nice of the roundabout with the cars going around, quite mesmerising. There is a big shopping mall across the road with a supermarket and restaurants if you need a quick fix. We also liked the recycling initiatives in the room.

One of the two electric car chargers was not working and also the spot next to the wall is too tight for the driver to park and get out of the car.

The hotel is located close to the A62 motorway and is easy to find. It is modern and clean with professional and polite staff. The room seemed well soundproofed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower cubicle. There was a good choice on the breakfast buffet and in addition we were offered an omelette cooked to order or eggs and bacon. There is an underground secure carpark with ample wide spaces and easy entry and exit. Whilst there wasn't a restaurant in the hotel for an evening meal there are bars and restaurants close by. Overall, an excellent hotel for an overnight stay when travelling down through Spain.

I am struggling to think of anything other than the lack of a restaurant for an evening meal.

It was all okay

This is a commercial hotel in a commercial district and could be anywhere in the Western world. it has secure underground parking at extra cost though seemingly safe street parking is immediately outside. it’s fine but uninteresting and unremarkable

Good location, clean room with mini bar and good shower, enjoyed the breakfast, easy to park and good value. Nice bar and Chinese restaurant nearby.

not much in the way of toiletries in the bathroom

Great bhotel, good and friendly staff very helpful. rooms very clean and large. breakfast was also very nice with a great cup of coffee. shower was great bathroom large. overall a good nights sleep.

The shower sink made noises

staff on reception very polite and helpful and in particular the man that has lived in Bristol, his customer service skills are excellent thank you! All staff we saw around from cleaners to waiters we all very friendly! The room was very clean. Location was very good for us, the pool is beautiful, shame the weather wasn’t too warm for us to enjoy it.

My only moan would be that it was 30 euros for 2 adults and 1 baby to use the indoor pool, we didn’t use it because we couldn’t really afford to.
