Hotel has great location,good modern and clean rooms

Location in the city center. Modern decoration. Main bed comfortable. Clean.

An extra bed (for a toddler) costs a hefty 19.50 euros. The bed is super hard and only suitable for a kid. Every other hotel we stayed offers free cribs. We requested a parking space (in the special requests field of booking) but the hotel claimed they didn't receive the request and the garage was already full, so another 20 euros extra to park nearby. The whole communication process with the hotel after booking was confusing as hell, with many (seemingly automated) messages received through the app, some of them later contradicted by messages signed by staff. Bathroom a little cramped, with an unnecessarily wide washbasin that almost overlaps the toilet, requiring some tetris moves to sit on the toilet.

Parking is a bit inconfesable

The hotel is very centrally located close to everything to see and do in Valldolid. The Plaza Mayor is a 5-minute walk and so is the Plaza de Zorilla and Campo Grande park. The House of Cervantes Museum is 2 minutes away and the Pisuerga river and bridges, close-by as well. Staff was very friendly, the room was small but extra comfortable, spotless clean, temperature was right, and there was a small balcony! The streets where it is located are pedestrian ways, so it's a perfect place! Highly recommended!

Only a little thing was that since my room was on a 1st floor, and it was a Saturday night, the noise from the street was quite audible. There were teenagers coming out of pubs/clubs and it sounded quite loud inside the room.

Small single room, newly fitted, clean, comfortable, with good wifi. City centre location, close to all facilities. Paid a few euros more for typical Spanish breakfast: toast, juice, coffee, in cafeteria downstairs.

Room far too hot. Some noise from neighbouring rooms (not well sound-insulated).

The staff were excellent, no to mentioned the room size it was huge for two. I hadn't feeling very well and all the staff helped me out as much as they could which is appreciated it. No doubt I would recommend to anyone and I would come back in better circumstances.

Beautiful building

Unfriendly staff in the front desk, excessively noisy, people slam the doors when leaving the room, you can hear everything that happens in the whole building, we couldn't sleep well.

Nothing

Mario on reception was particulary helpful, finding me a parking space. The room was adequate although small, but with efficient aircon and WIFI. 45 degree temperature outside. Ample breakfast. Right in the centre.

Not the hotel's fault, but the insistence by planners on increased pedestrianisation making it difficult for motorists to get to central hotels. My Satnav got particularly confused. Perhaps they haven't realised that if I have to stay outside the city, I won't travel in for sightseeing or shopping.
