The manager was very accommodating when I called and explained I would be later than planed due to a breakdown. He said let him know when I was about 10 minutes away and he would meet me. He was there when I arrived and showed me around and made sure I had everything I needed.

Arman Lodge is you get what you pay for. I needed a room to sleep in for the night, I got a room that I could sleep in. The room was well heated too.

Good facilities provided for the money and very friendly staff. Always kept clean by the cleaners.

More pillows needed. 2 flat pillows provided for a large double bed just wasn't sufficient for me but that is personal preference.

The owner is very nice, he showed great hospitality. I felt safe and welcome and I was a little scared being a women on her own. Arman Lodge was home away from home for 5 days.

The lodge was quiet, serene and comfortable. The host was very helpful and provided all useful information on the first night. The lodge allows light cooking with required facilities provided. If I had to go to Peterborough again, I'd definitely return.
