Un lugar acogedor, con una buena ubicación. Muy limpio.

La ducha era un poco pequeña

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Das ganze Haus ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und wirklich schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war wirklich frisch und lecker. Simona hat uns herzlich willkommen, rumgefühtt und den besten Cappuccino zubereitet, den wir in unserem Italienurlaub getrunken haben! Wir kommen gern wieder :)

Great welcome and free coffee on arrival was much appreciated! Very good breakfasts. Excellent staff support and genuine hospitality. Very nice large bathroom and big bath as well. Parking easily available on the street outside. Not far from centre of Lucca, which is a great place to visit. Even got to hear much of the Bob Dylan concert too..

The nymph and goblin paintings were a bit creepy, may not be to everyone's taste. We hid them with drapes from the four-poster!

The staff were great as they were very accommodating and thoughtful (booking our taxi, a winery tour, coffee). They even brought us a birthday treat!

The rooms were quite tight for 4 people but this seems to be the trend everywhere in Italy! The a/c could be more powerful as we spent a few nights feeling very uncomfortable. Though just outside the walls, it seemed like quite a walk to get to the city centre with the weather being so hot!

The room style, breakfast, garden and hotel staff. Everyhting. Good value for money.

Very friendly staff, beautiful location and charming theme for the rooms - the gnomes and fairytale characters. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very nice, attentive and lovely to chat with. Free parking is available in front of the B&B on both sides of the street so that was comfortable.

Everything was perfect.

the place is about 1.5 km from the walls of the inner city. walking is better when going back to the downtown in the evening. parking at the hotel is okay. breakfast nice. the rooms and decoration amazing. we liked it very much.

the rush hour in Lucca caused some problem when trying to get to the hotel. maybe there was an accident, i don't know, but we were blocked for half an hour at the same spot.
