التدخين كان مسموح خارج الغرف والممرات مما سبب لنا عدم الراحه والاختناق عن الدخول والخروج من الغرفة

Clean rooms

Toilet was not so clean.

Fair price, good location, good rooms. We did not use one room which was allocated just extra from booking.com

Club noise throughout

Only think i like in this hotel location,it’s easy to get all the transportation.

Room condition is so bad,no clean,even they given only a towel for me and my wife.even after request they didnt provide.cleanliness very bad ans smelly room.

First I want to thank Jessica-Receptionist, Lady in the omelet station, and Hilda I think waitress. During my first and last stay in Novotel Hotel Al Bustan, my worst experience felt embarrassed in front of my friends who visited us, rudely approached my mom during breakfast, and didn’t like the way they approached me as well. Swimming pool area we enjoyed but need to educate the receptionist about customer service. After seeing a lot of negative reviews, I was braced for the worst, but my experience at this hotel was completely fine. The staff were helpful and the room was good value.

It's true what people say about the music at night, and as others here have noted, there was a lingering cigarette smell in the room, which isn't my favorite. Still, if you know that going in, it won't be a bad surprise. The AC helped flush out the smell and with earplugs I slept fine.
