The price was very good, considering the room size and the location. Speaking of which, the location was excellent as it is within walking distance from Jonker's street, which is where a large portion of the attractions are located. The hotel offered free car park too, which is a plus. Everything else in the hotel was pretty much what you expect from a 3 star place.

The cleanliness was subpar, at best. The room had a weird musky smell akin to that of mould. I even found a dead cockroach in my room (picture attached). The bathroom does not have a ventilation fan as well but this is somewhat of a plus? The room becomes too dry with the AC on, so absence of a ventilation fan helps because the extra humidity can keep the room from becoming too dry. The carpets were also kinda dusty and it triggered my allergies a little. The shower does not consistently have hot water as well. On some occassions the water would be nice and steamy but on some occassions it would be very lukewarm. The refrigerator was also not cold despite leaving it on overnight. The pillows were not nice and the bed was rather lumpy at some spots and these triggered my back and neck pain too. I have no problems with the property and I am not angry despite my seemingly bad comments, but I hope they can improve the quality of their service because it is located at a great spot and it would be a shame for them to not capitalize on it.

I like the room is big , aircond is colder than my ex, bath is nice, tv got more channel than my future. It was a nice room, i will repeat again..there a a burger stall at entrance..so yummy. Parking is strategic. Nice.

Zamburger stall is closed for my 2nd day without i try oblong kambing.. And also,kad acces slow detect..old stuff...

first arrived, staff was not friendly. bad attitude. not polite with customer. regardless how much customer pay..please treat people nicely as we dont stay for free. room is smelly. toilet also not to improve more. its really old furniture..lot of dust and got rubbish in locker n drawer. iron facility totally out. no iron to use in morning and staff cannot trace where is the iron and jus simply said there is no iron because other guest already take it..better provide ironing room.

the hotel near to the town. just walking distance. and provide parking space which is good for a budget hotel.

the hotel room is old and smelly. the toilet also need an upgrade especially the door frame.
