Breakfast was good. The dinning room is Japanese style with good views. The bath area is amazing with the view of the mountain. I really liked the clothes they provided for us to wear after taking bath.

We like about the view and half board. The food is tasty. And the fireworks which just short walk from the hotel.

The lift has a very terrible smell.

The accommodations were beautiful. We had a picturesque view of the lake and the location was perfect with access to the walkway along the lake and great restaurants and activities.

The food (both breakfast and dinner) was mediocre. We ended up eating a bit then leaving to find a nice restaurant nearby. I'd recommend skipping the food options.

I really like the view of the lake. The hotel is very spacious and has good accessibility from the public bus. The food was awesome. A lot of options (meat, vegetables, fruits, fish), staff refill empty dishes quite fast. The open-air bath is magnificent. It was not really crowded so I enjoyed my time under the stars.

There were traces of black mould on the walls of my room. All equipment was outdated.

The location was great—our room overlooked the lake. It was so nice and peaceful to walk around the lake mornings and evenings, and just a few steps outside the hotel.

The beds were a bit small and the mattress was not the greatest. The room was well-kept, but definitely one of the older hotels in the area. Nothing fancy here, but a decent-sized room with a lovely view.

The view from the breakfast and dinner room as well as from the Onsen to Lake Toya was absolutely stunning. The room was fairly large.

The room and facilities are quite old and not very well kept. For this price I would have expected more. Also, although the food for breakfast and dinner was ok, variation not existing and the dining room was very crowded and not very enjoyable. The staff was not very helpful either.

It’s location by Toya Lake gives magnificent view. Staffs are super friendly. Onsen is huge n very clean, well planned out. Dinner and breakfast are superb. Room is spacious with 2 beds and wide tatami(Japanese mat)area. Bathroom is a little small.

The ready mound plastics bathroom decor just doesn’t match all other mixes elements of the Hotel.

Location, scenery, comfortable

Need to bring towel fr room to onsen. Onsen didn't provide towel. Else everything is perfect
