The meal selection at Soeasana Restaurant is unique and worth it, if not for it, our stay would left a far more unpleasant memories. definitely recommending the restaurant, for the facilities of the hotel, it is not bad, just old, but pretty well maintained. Too bad the view from the balcony is not that great. just very standard. Also smoke vapour / smell coming from the bathroom definitely ruined our experience.

Facilities and ventilation could be better. The air con must be installed in every room, it might work 10 years ago, when Puncak area is still cold, not for now. Having to rely on portable air-con just doesn't work.

My husband and I went to Puncak to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel’s food was amazing; mini golf was fun and so affordable; the view was breathtaking; and the service was great. At the end, the hotel’s chef made a special cake for our anniversary. We felt so special and welcome to be here. We had a great stay and would come back in the future.

There was no air conditioner and we had to ask for another portable fan to help easen the heat. But it got better at night.

Everything was perfect except the location it’s very far from all the activities that attracts the tourists but other than that it’s perfect

The place is beautiful and its good for relaxation. The staff are so kind.

There is no hot water in the bathroom. The level of cleaning is not satisfying, the bed sheets are not clean.
