Possibly the best villa we’ve ever rented. Loads of space, really well designed, clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to be slightly closer to Peyia centre but the villa itself was great. Lots of restaurants, beaches and sites nearby - a car is essential but plenty to see and do when we could drag ourselves away from the fabulous pool!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Villa Paradeisos. The Villa is spacious and bright, had everything you need for a great stay. The outdoor space is brilliant, large terrace, lovely big pool and beautiful gardens along with lemon and peach trees. Would definitely recommend to other holiday makers. Car is a must.

Really lovely villa that is well equipped with everything you need and a huge pool. Great location too being quiet and also close to everything.

We absolutely loved this villa, one of the best we’ve stayed in, we had a couple of problems that the owners sorted straight away. Location is great, so quiet and wonderful views. Could do with a little updating of fixtures in showers and an extra freezer in utility room. Would also benefit from an outside fan on veranda from lounge, but we were there in a heatwave and that would be our personal choice. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 10 days. The villa is located near Peyia village- 8 minute walk away. Has nice resturants and a handful of bars. The beach is about 4 km, straight down the hill. There is plenty to do- horse riding, ship wrecks, sea caves, lovely beaches, Akamas national park and coral bay strip all within about a 5 km of the villa- i seen a turtle swim past me🐢 at Laura beach, amazing!! Paphos is a about ~20 minute drive with a bus running from coral bay. Latchi is a lovely harbour worth visiting too. The Villa is located at the top of Peyia so it gives you panaramic views of the sea, from 3 bedrooms and the grounds are lovely with lemon trees, palm trees and lovely planted flowers. Plenty of off road parking and a very large garage that has a ping pong table. The pool is great for swimming and cooling off, with a BBQ located at the side near the kitchen. Location I would recommend a car tbh, but taxis to villa range about 14 euro to coral bay. Its a nice spot, i fully recommend it. 👌

Property is amazing. Everything you could need and more. Need a car to get about. Pool is heated. Toys, books and inflatables for everyone. Owners are very friendly and quick to respond when needed. Costas the pool cleaner is a legend. Very friendly and helpful. He had lots of funny stories to tell you! Would recommend Peggy's Bar for cocktails. Had a birthday meal at Seriani's restaurant. Amazing steak. Yannis is a very knowledgeable taxi driver who read also very friendly. Costs about euros 15 to get to Coral Bay. Would definitely recommend the villa for your stay. Hope to go again

The villa is even better than the pictures. Spacious and with stunning views, it really is a home from home as the owners have thought of everything. We spent a lovely 2 weeks siteseeing, relaxing and enjoying the island. The pool was lovely- so warm and with a good depth. Restaurants and bars are within a 15 minute walk in Peyia and the Strip in Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive so well situated. A perfect holiday.

We are a retired couple and stayed for eleven weeks, the villa suited us perfectly. Wonderfull views over Coral Bay and Pegeia is a nice characterful village. Great swimming pool and gardens, well equipped and very comfortable to live in.
