Постельное бельё чистое, в номере работает кондиционер и хороший холодильник. У нас был прекрасный балкон с видом на город и замок. Если бы не улетать, продлили бы этот отель обязательно! Рекомендую.

Нет лифта, но думаю персонал вам поможет справиться, если потребуется помощь. Обязательно берите беруши для сна, рядом мечети и школа.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the waterfront and the staff all go above and beyond to be helpful

The room was terrible and very uncomfortable . It was very unclean especially the bathroom with bad sewer smell coming up through the drains. The balcony door I couldn’t open as it was jammed and my husband struggled to open it. The glass door on the sliding door was extremely dirty both inside and out and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bed was small and one side almost jammed into the curtains and very hard to walk around the bed. Very dated furniture and not the pictures that were shown on the booking page and whilst the hotel name states Akkan Luxury hotel there was definitely nothing luxurious about it unfortunately. There is a playground next door that you could hear kids screaming until after 2am on a few nights as well as very inconsiderate noisy guests during the night walking and talking outside our room and banging on walls and slamming doors. Having travelled around Turkey for 4 weeks this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in but definitely at least 3 stars below any other hotel we stayed in. Can’t recommend as I’m sure you will find much cleaner hotels for a lot less in the area.

The staff! Very attentive and friendly. The location is good. The breakfast served is nice.

The bed were not comfortable and had no blankets. Just a sheet. The sewer system makes the whole unit smell really bad. There was hardly any personal hygiene products and what was provided was not sufficient for the number people staying in the room.

The location was perfect! It was so good being able to use the “private” beach and facilities of the sister hotel a few minutes walk down the road! Having a taxi rank outside the hotel makes it so easy to be able to get a taxi and explore the area! All the staff are lovely and give you great recommendations for places to eat and drink at! The rooms and bathrooms are a little small but that didn’t bother us too much as we really were only in the room to shower and sleep and weren’t spending our days in there! Breakfast was great, large variety of options! All in all we loved our stay and had a great time :)

The location was great and also the view was beautiful.

It was very very dirty! Hair, dirt, dust everywhere, no big towels, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Really bad experience. Super thin walls, we could hear everything from the neighbors. Very loud street with a lot of activities also at night so no good night sleep because the windows were not noice isolated at all.

The property is in a perfect location. The hotel owner/employees are beyond kind and sweet. Thank you for hosting us and for being very helpful. Definitely recommended. The property owner upgraded our room from economic room to superior so we can have both rooms next to each other.

There is a problem in the bathroom of one of the rooms we booked. As i was told and heard, the smell is coming from the sewages of bodrum and its not the hotels fault. It seems the infrastructure of the city is weak.

1 - Amazing customer service by Mehmet Can. Whatsapped me before I flew, enquired about my check in and provided recommendations for food etc. in the area. Really really helpful and friendly. 2 - Great location. Plenty of bars, restaurants in the area and the bazaar is a short walk away. You can also utilise the pool and beach at their sister hotel at Akkan Beach hotel. Although there are other bars in the area with loud music, you won't notice it due to the location of the hotel 3 - Good breakfast spread - thought it was decent.

1 - Unfortunately the name luxury is just the name as it was anything but. The room was okay but I think I was expecting a little bit more. For example, the blanket although it was thin (as it's the summer) was only able to be used by 1 person as it's not wide enough for a double bed. Something to note if you are a couple coming here. 2 - Hot water was a bit inconsistent but I could be nitpicking.

The location is exceptionally good. Staff are very helpful, especially Jan.

Rooms need a refresh. Bathroom drain smell. Room cleaning is basic and room still doesn’t feel any cleaner afterwards (sink not washed). The breakfast was very basic and repetitive. They could do a bit of an effort to make it nicer and use better ingredients (e.g. fresh juice, wholewheat bread). it feels like the hotel relies on its great location mostly to attract visitors.

The location is the heart of Bodrum city with many restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Everyone in the hotel was kind and very helpful.😄

The staff were very accommodating and friendly without being intrusive

Very disappointed with their Turkish breakfast, yes I know when in Rome, but all I could eat was an egg and dried bread. The reason being that they only had margarine not butter, their muesli was in an open bowl, so no thank you. However, worst of all was there wasn’t a piece of fruit served with the breakfast. When given that their supermarkets had beautiful fresh and ripe fruit, there was no excuse. Also I included a picture of the fridge plug that was hanging out of the wall and dirty!

The staff are all first rate and go out of their way to make you comfortable. The rooms are clean and soundproof. The breakfast is absolutely the best thing ever. Fresh brilliant selection, well presented and plentiful. The shower pressure is good. Very good mattress. Location is great.

Special mention for the staff who was the best of our Turkey trip ! Location is very good, breakfast is nice, room and facilities are very good. The host gave us some advices on what to do, what to avoid, suggestions of good restaurants, very good !

We went in April and in the night it was a bit cold. Maybe a thicker quilt would be necessary.
