This place was amazing. It had everything you can ask for. Nice restaurant in walking distance, nice and big pool with no people Clean and nice private beach in walking distance.

Maybe a little too private,no interaction with locals got sick from dinner,hunts spaghetti sauce with some veggies thrown in, bad taste.

the facilities look and feel very old, some refreshments done throughout the years but some things need to be updated such as the doors, bathrooms etc. But the worst part was the mattress, really old an firm. Also we complained twice about the A/C not working properly and it stayed the same

Beach is awesome and staff is really helpful. Restaurant is really good, although expensive. Nice rooms.

Maybe due to COVID or beginning of the season, the whole experience seemed a "trial". Lack of services. Facilities closed. Kind of a ghost city. Not much to do around. They overcharged me by mistake and after a week I am still waiting for a solution.

Blue Jack is clean, quiet, nice staff and located close to the city. I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there again when i am in Puerto Plata.

The front desk service was excellent. They went as far as to schedule my COVID test ahead of my return flight. Breakfast was great.

Everything was great. Dinner was expensive. Everything including drinks were a bit overpriced. The 28% service fee although standard, was on the high side. I tipped lavishly at the free breakfast. I did not leave an extra tip after detecting the 28% service fee on my dinner bill.

The resort is in a great location with great beaches. The staff was wonderful and friendly and breakfast was really great.

There were a few things in the room that needed fixing and the rooms we were in were somewhat dated. Also, the images I saw were part of the apartment rentals not of the hotel, so the rooms were not as expected at all. The front desk staff did try to get us some help on an issue and ended up giving us a discount because it didn't get resolved. they were amazing!!

I loved the large Room...delicious Breakfasts..walks on the Beach..and the security measure in place makes you feel safe...

They say things unplanned always happen to be the best...and yes indeed...the hotel was amazing...helpful Staff...Good food...Beautiful beaches..all you need to get away from the Noisy cities... i would definatly come back and stay here.

It’s quiet and peaceful. The restaurant is great. The breakfast is awesome.

Condos are amazing very relaxing and quiet

The condo had no king bed. In my unit.

Old run down buildings from the Puerto Plata’s golden era. Near the beach, but that’s about it.

WIFI was spotty, dated furniture.

Staff was very attentive. Followed all Covid related protocol. Food and drinks were great. Beach and pool were very close. Sufficient parking.

Great breakfast, setting, service / friendly staff. A fine arboreal environment with singing birds and other sounds of nature. Very few guests these days, except on weekends.

The phone didn't work. They offered to switch rooms; I elected to stay in the same room.

A la carte breakfast, Golf course right beside the hotel. Comfortable beds.

Rooms: very old, broken and shabby furnitures, Very noisy AC. Ceilingfan wobbling. Bathroom old. Hotel overpriced. Nothing to do with deluxe room.
