apartments are really big, it was a huge plus for our family, plus they were close enough to the sea.

The water pressure in the bathroom was kinda bad, I’d fix that.

The apartment was clean, tidy. Information pack was useful. Location was perfect.

Great location, 100 meters from a bus stop, 150 meters from the supermarket Mercadona. Beach within walking distance (up to 10 minutes of walk). The apartment is spacious, with a private terrace. 100% clean.

Good functional apartment, not particularly charming but fine and with some decoration effort. Very convenient location - 5 min down the road to the beach, 3 min across the road to a big supermarket. Very well equipped kitchen - had (almost) everything we needed for cooking. Beautiful rooftop terrace (unfortunately we didn't get to use it much due to the weather in the low season).

Main downsides: check in process, the attitude of the owners and lack of certain basics. The latter includes: no cleaning and no bedding changed during 12 nights of our stay (I wonder how long you have to stay to be entitled to a bedding change?). Rainy weather and absence of dryer made it impossible to wash and dry the bedsheets in one day. Also no toilet paper, no laundry liquid, no basics for cooking. I sincerely hope the nearly full bottles of oil, vinegar, and spices we bought and left in the kitchen won't be disposed of and will stay there for the next tenant. On arrival I called the manager as I hadn't received the info regarding the keys. Turned out we had to fill out a few online forms with all our passport details before we could get the key. Not particularly convenient doing that late in the evening, with a small child, with no Internet available outside the airport. As I made a phone call to confirm I submitted all the papers, I also asked what's the best way to get to the property and was told I had to google it myself or to have checked in advance. Very friendly and helpful, thank you. The lady came a week later to collect the city tax, never asked if we were ok, if anything was needed (well, yep, maybe at least a toilet paper refill?), and just reminded to take out the rubbish. We asked where to buy a sim card and which companies locals generally use. The answer was "I don't know, you can google it". Before leaving, we tried to reach out once again with a pretty basic question, asking where we could do our covid tests, given lots of places were closed due to low season and google was not reliable for that reason. The answer? You guessed it. I appreciate it's not an airbnb so hosts are not supposed to be super accommodating, but the attitude here was nearly offensive. Otherwise, the apartment itself is perfectly fine and can be recommended.

When we came, we canť get telefone number to lady, who should accomodate us. After 1,5 hod, when they sent us number, key was just in the locker next to the door. Lady came fist morging, take money for local tax, dind´t come insite. We have to ask her for comming inside, because TV was not working. After that they fist it. Somebody should check it fist, before guest come. Fourniture was quite old and also all equipment. Air condition was only in the kitchen and dinning room. In bedroom was very hot, so we sleep in dinnig room. Neighbours were very noisy, there argued all day. Guite long walk to the beach.

The apartment was spacious, perfect for 4 people (2 separate rooms). The common space consisted of a very well equipped kitchen, a living room and a balcony, which was great for breakfasts, dinners etc. There is very good access with a car and you can park in front of the building. Close to the beach.

In the bedrooms there were only fans that turned off when you switched off the lights, so there was hot at night and you couldn't do anything with that.
