For the umpteenth time, my stay at Fave LTC Glodok was truly exceptional, even amidst the ongoing pandemic. This time, however, I noticed a few improvements that made my experience even better. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and variety. The buffet offered an exceptional selection of dishes, including delicious porridge, fresh bread, and many other mouthwatering options. The service at the hotel was also impressive. The housekeeping staff were prompt in their response and maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and notably clean, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay. One great advantage of Fave LTC Glodok is its strategic location. It is conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, allowing easy access to explore and indulge in the city's vibrant attractions. Moreover, the hotel is surrounded by numerous good restaurants, providing guests with a diverse range of dining options. Overall, my experience at Fave LTC Glodok was extremely positive, and I highly recommend this hotel. The improvements in the breakfast, excellent service, spacious rooms, cleanliness, and ideal location make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

- Nice staff - Comfortable bed - No noise at night - They provided water dispensers instead of plastic bottle watter

- There were a lot of cockroaches in my room - No city view for non-smoking room - They always put the card in the card tray to let the electricity in the room runs all the time before I checked in or after they cleaned the room. I don't like that. I think we should save energy - On the 8th floor of the building. Quite hard to access for the first time as not all of the elevators in the building can reach the 8th floor

sleep and stay with Cockroach in the room, i kill at least 6 ... still many more from mid size till very small one ... it is so disgusting... my bread was cover nicely but this morning when i open this thing is already enjoy it. i have the experience the same FAVE hotel at MEX Building in Surabaya city... you will find the Cockroach ... speechless ... upset ... mad... disappointed... never ever come back to Fave hotel again ... also never suggest to anyone

Breakfast was horrible, the first fave hotel i know that didnt even serve Fried Rice for breakfast ?? less staff, food refill was very slow, egg stall staff worked very slow, everything seemed unorganized in the restaurant

Cockroaches, air conditioners I have tried three different rooms all of them have very bad old conditioners , only making noises, all of them must be replaced with new. A very cheap poison that can completely prevent cockroaches from appearing.. i don't know why they don't want solve this problem. Old towels that have expired still working in this hotel. The sink is leaking, so when you brush your teeth you feel the water mixed with toothpaste touches your feet on the floor. The safe is not working
