Only one small issue, the adjoining property had a water pump that distributed us a little in the bedroom as it was outside the window. Not a big issue

The apartment was very clean with nice, simple decor that fits the island vibe. The kitchen is well equipped for making basic meals and the bed in the bedroom seemed new and was very comfortable. Great view from the terrace and a one minute walk to swim. Loved the location, the small fishing village is perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay. Nice beach, taverns with great food, nice area for walks also.

This is THE place for a perfect and quiet location with a beautiful sea view and very close to restaurants and a basic supermarket. Manolis, the host was a great communicator and very accommodating. He was very helpful in every way. His mum even gifted us her homemade banoffe cake which we all thoroughly enjoyed! The family apartment was clean and equipped with basic kitchen crockery and utensils which we used almost every day for our light meals. There was even a sandwich maker which did a brilliant job for our cheese toasties! We had the family apartment as well as the twin bed apartment on the top floor. Both units had brilliant air conditioning which we appreciated in the hot summer weather. I highly recommend Manolis holiday flats to anyone who is looking to stay in the beautiful quiet village of Emborios. We will definitely come back to Manolis’s apartment again for our next holiday in Emborios!

Like in most hot countries, we experienced the humming of mosquitos during our first night but we came prepared with repellents. Our teenage girls who stayed at the top flat had slight trouble with connecting to the WiFi router which was on the middle floor but seemed ok when they walked back down to reconnect. Perhaps an installation of a WiFi extender can help with connectivity for the top flats.
