The hotel is located in the city center, which is its biggest advantage. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel is offering wide selection for a breakfast and has great restaurant with reasonable prices.

Very thin walls, you can easily hear talks from neighbor room.

Extremely nice hotel. My recommendations:) Location, interior. Clean, warm, old-fashioned in beautiful way.

Everything perfect for such a price.

Standard breakfast, available staff, heigh ceiling room.

Old, low standard room. A slightly warped door which required force to use the key. Poorly sound isolating walls. A court, where some hotel guests would smoke and chat until midnight, despite night hours. The smoke would go into the rooms located close to the court.

The stuff was very kind.

Humidity in the room was really too high. Breakfast could have been better.

The room was spacious and beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. The location is perfect (right in the city center), the variety of breakfast was kind of ok (it was delicious as well). They have their own private parking.

There is an advertisement in the room that spa access is included in the room rate. however, once I approached the admin to ask about the procedures, it turned out that the spa access is only included in the room rate on weekends (I am not sure about the customer's rights in Poland, but in my country this would be considered as false advertising).

I really enjoyed the rooms and especially the service. Ms Agnieszka was super helpful and it was lovely to see her every morning for breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Loved the location. The old furniture and wooden beams. The price.

The wifi didnt work at all and this was a disaster for my companion who was remote working. There was also some confusion with being charged a hefty 350 euro cancellation fee. Be careful with the wording 'total cost to cancel no prepayment needed' .. it means cancelling is full price

The lady chicken Assad was absolutely lovely and amazing she welcomed us into the hotel and made the stay as best as it could be

unfortunately we didn’t stay in the room overnight because my partner felt scared of the room being haunted so we kindly dropped off the key at reception but enjoyed all the other facilities such as the spa and the restaurant the food served was amazing and we could eat it again the spa was a lovely relaxing experience however we thought that the hot tub could be slightly warmer

Spatious apartment, location and spa as well as breakfast

Was a little loud at night due to location. Slow lift to top.

Room was very large and spacious. Location perfect, not in exact center of old town, but you can reach all by walking. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. Ps. Parking during nights is free near by. In cellar there was mini spa, a small hot tub, finnish like sauna and steam sauna. Was good to relax after long day drive.
