The location would have been great except there was no mention of construction being done directly next to the bedroom windows so we were awakened every morning by 6am to power tools music and loud noises. The view from the patio was not as advertised You just seen the building being renovated. The condo smelled of mold/mildew which I don’t know if that was due to it being a humid environment and so close to the beach but was not pleasant gave me a migraine.

We brought our grandaughters for their first trip ever and to celebrate my birthday and we had the best time ever! Condo was very clean comfortable and excellent location! We will stay again

The apartment was perfect for our needs and included everything we needed! We also loved the beach toy stash and proximity to the beach.

Beautiful location. Close to the hot spots, but far enough from the late night noise. Would definitely stay again! Sue is a great host and super responsive.

The apartment was very nice and clean. There's a full kitchen with pots and pans, utensils and a coffeemaker. Poperty is on beach. Sue was very nice and reached out to me to make sure I received the checkin instructions. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Palm Bay is centrally located to everything which is great :) Our condo was conveniently located between beach and pool/tennis court area….perfect! Our property manager was very responsive and timely to our messages and issues which was very nice!!! The A/C was not properly adjusted and matching the thermostat reading so for 2 nights we did not have restful nights and although the tech came out after the 1st night it still had not been adjusted right because the thermostats limits is controlled on the back end from the property manager :( To note: The main room has NO extra drapes to keep all the morning light coming in, just like the living room and other room, HIGHLY recommend getting those so it’s not so bright in the morning The towels and pots and pans are VERYYYY old, it was veryyyyy inconvenient when cooking and washing the pans. Time to invest in some new non-stick pots and pans. She was able to extend our check out by an hour but since this is not a hotel (where no cleaning up is expected), and we are in a beach/sandy area, check out should be at least 11a (we had fellow friends staying at Palm Bay too with that check out time) because there’s sooo many things we are expected to do before leaving, throwing out all trash, making sure dishes are in dishwasher. Make sure at check in office they take time to explain to you about the property amenities etc, fitness center, laundry, pool towels, grills…..they did not take time to explain any of that.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with necessities. The host was very sweet and helpful during the entire process. I would definitely stay again when we return to Siesta Key.

We absolutely love staying here. We have made it an annual trip. Location could not be any better, the property is safe and secure, the beach is never over crowded, and Sue, the owner is always very communicative and appreciative of our business. She’s the best.

Sue was wonderful and gave us great instructions. The condo was just as described, clean and lovely. It was obviously a well-cared-for condo. The Palm Bay club is very nice and safe, with access to the incredible beach as well as two great pools. We were there for a family reunion, with a lot of family staying nearby-it was perfect. With this being our very first vacation with our 9 month old we were on our toes about driving 12+ hours to the beach, but the drive was worth it and we would do it again. Condo was clean and had so many extra little things that was needed. Beach was very quiet and relaxing. Our stay was perfect, couldn’t recommend this condo enough.

First time renting a VRBO and could not be happier with everything! The place was amazing, beautiful, loved the fact that we could use what other guests left at the property for the beach. Everything was fabulous.

We enjoyed our week at the Palm Bay Club. Very nice beach and pool. Property is well maintained. The condo was clean and comfortable and the owner communicated by email exactly what to expect. No need to rent a car as there are trolleys or UBER to take you into the village.

Palm Bay Club is one of the best resorts on the Key. Have stayed there 4 or 5 times. Two fabulous pools, tennis courts, check in and check out very simple, good security; strict. Best beach in the country! Unit was fine for the two of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had nice beach towels for us to use, as well as plenty of bathe towels; although, worn and rough on skin. Several of the furnishings needed repair. Sofa table, blinds in primary bdr. didn’t close all the way/very bright, and the corner of bed frame was totally bent leaving mattress lopsided. Balcony was just okay. I’m sure these r fixed by now. Host left very detailed/organized notes do us.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit had everything we needed, since nice touches were coolers, rubber maid containers, and coffee thermos. Sue was very responsive and the staff on site were friendly and helpful. Location is great as well. We will be back!

The location and condo were exactly as described. It was unfortunate that there was a red tide when we were there, so lots of dead fish on the beach and a ton of birds, but this was beyond anyone's control, we enjoyed the pool instead of the beach due to this. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great unit on wonderful siesta key!

What a wonderful spot to enjoy Siesta Key. The condo was a perfect resting spot after a day of enjoying the pools and the beach. Sue was quick to respond with any questions I had and even looked up a spot for my son to practice basketball at.

Location of condo was fantastic! So beautiful. Enjoyed using access to both gulf and bay side. Condo well equipped with necessities. Nice suggestions from owner for activities. Only drawback...elevator was not working due to hurricane. Understand that is not under your control, but would have appreciated notice beforehand of this issue. It was VERY difficult to climb the stairs...not just once but several times a day!

When we arrived, the room wasn't clean. There were dirty sheets and towels and leftover food in the frig. After contacting the owner, we learned that there was a miscommunication with the cleaning company who didn't realize guests would be coming that day. There were no hotel openings anywhere due to the hurricane, so we offered to change our own sheets. Thankfully, we were able to do that and then the cleaning staff came the next morning. Also, a couple lamps didn't work and the door code probably needed a new battery because it took several times for it to work every time we tried. The location was great, and the owner was responsive, but you could tell the place needed some general maintenance and TLC.

Everything was as we expected. The condo was beautiful and communication with Sue was excellent! We really enjoyed the location. The beach is beautiful and the pools are great!
