we stayed in a 3 bedroom/3 bath suite and the kitchen appliances and bathrooms were luxurious. we greatly enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets while having a meal on our balcony. if you’re looking for a family friendly vacation spot where you walk on to the softest sandy beach, clean, shallow waters, then this is the place to be! the pool was warm, clean and the staff always made sure you had a dry chair and were enjoying your stay. the property is in walking distance to great places to eat, drink, and entertainment

they were currently doing renovations and were painting so signs were down around the hallways and walls had wet paint all around

There was a Red Tide which we were not told about when booking this facility. The red tide made the water, beach and air outside toxic. It caused immediate symptoms related to that of a bad allergy attack. We couldn't use the beach or be outside longer than an hour. We were very disappointed that we were not informed of this red tide (it's been there for the past 6 months), because we could not use the facilities or beach to it's full capacity. It was a very expensive stay and no discount was offered. We will not book with bookings.com again.

Bookings.com should have told us about the red tide before we booked this hotel. A discount should have been offered since we couldn't use the beach and barely be outside for an hour by the small pool. We feel robbed of our money and will never again book with Bookings.com.

Perfect place to relax! Our apartment was amazing, the beach was a dream and everything very clean and well kept.

The 3 bedroom and 3 bath accommodation was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen is to die for. It was all so roomy and just so much more than I had hoped for. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We certainly hope to come back next year. You could walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Captain Curts restaurant. And for ladies shopping I recommend Coconuts. All in walking distance. Was able to Uber to Flemings Restaurant.

This is a vacation place with condo type accommodations. Every unit was multi bedroom and bath. it was clean, small (but nice) pool and nice accommodations. I think Siesta key is great location and area.

The beach in front of property was covered by seaweed and stank to high heaven. It was in June and extraordinarily hit. Neither of these things are in the control of this facility. You should definitely check to see if beach area is covered in seaweed; if so, you might need a different location.

We loved our stay at this property.
