Quiet location yet within walking distance to everything

location was ideal, the complex was exceptionally clean & tidy. the room was spacious with 2 showers & toilets a small kitchen/ living room & a large bedroom. breakfast was cooked to order .

This is a really lovely place to stay. We were made to feel really welcome with a cold drink and a delicious pancake. We were given loads of information about the area which was then whatsapped to us so we could refer back to it. They also booked taxis and organised tickets for us which made things easier. Our rooms were great and the pool was amazing, I wish we'd had more time to spend relaxing in the pool! Both of the mornings we stayed we had a delicious breakfast cooked for us with a choice of pancakes, omelette etc, and had a plate of fresh fruit which was heavenly. I also loved all the beautiful flowers around the property, they really made the hotel feel special and attract loads of butterflies which were brilliant to watch. If I get the chance to go back to Vietnam some day I will definitely stay here again.

This boutique hotel is perfect for a Hoi An stay located on the river with a great walking path only 15 mins walk into the Ancient Town. There is a beautiful shaded pool to avoid the very high temperatures. Rooms are very large with kitchens and two bathrooms. The bed was the best we have slept on in months. The breakfast options were fantastic, including Cao Lao, Bahn Mi, western egg options and fresh tropical fruit. The hosts are wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful with organising transport and activities.

The lady who checked us in and looked after us, Nguyan, was exceptional. Although I normally avoid booking trips through an agent I did so with her on the grounds that it was not in her interests to recommend something I wouldn't like. Sure enough, her suggestions were a step up from what I'd been contemplating. The main issue is that I wish I'd booked to stay longer than we did - this was the most enjoyable of all of the places we stayed in Vietnam. I wholeheartedly agree with the other positive comments about the hotel, and particularly enjoyed the very simple breakfast of fresh fruit and Cao Lau with Vietnamese iced coffee. This is the first place I'd book if I were coming back to Vietnam. Exceptional for the price.

No complaints at all. The hotel was on the outskirts of town, which could be seen by some as a negative but it was a pleasant walk by the river, or a $2 taxi ride, to the middle of town.

Lee was a fantastic host, so friendly and helpful. She even invited me to join her for lunch while my room was being prepared. The pool was warm and clean, a very lovely oasis. Breakfast was always good with plenty of choice.

Everything went well. Staff was gracious and helpful, room was large and lovely, hotel very attractive. No downsides. Highly recommended

Great location overlooking the river, the river front path takes you all the way to old town and you can borrow bikes from the hotel. Nice pool in the centre of the hotel, rooms are lovely as are the staff who are all very friendly and happy to help with anything you need. Breakfast simple and fresh, there is a really nice cafe next door with beautiful gardens. Rooms are super clean and have everything you need. Good value, super location, well worth a visit.

Nothing, though the view over the river will not be the same once the new road bridge they are building is finished later in 2023.

The property is in a great location as whilst it is slightly out of the old town, the bike ride in is great fun and takes 5 min in a taxi. The staff are really helpful and friendly helping us with transfers and breakfast. We were on honeymoon and were treated very well. The room was really spacious and we had a lot of space to relax with a lounge and kitchen area.

The breakfast was great & the location was very quiet. I used the free bikes every day to ride into the old town about 10 minutes away. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again

The bed is comfy yay😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food and the team of brilliant staff who gave us a welcoming hotel start. Hotel is in a quiet location and you can get to entertainment, restaurants easily. There are some local families near by and you can experience the local culture better.👍

The room was very spacious with two bathrooms and separate living and bedroom areas. Hotel staff were very attentive and kind. Free bikes to ride into the town centre were really helpful. Nice swimming pool

i love the warm welcome of the staff here, it make you feel like home. Ms Le and Ms Rosie are both very dedicated and a strong customer orientation. They take well care of our family during our stay at the hotel

The towels is a bit worn out

We stayed at Villa Orchid for six days and loved it. Nguyen and Tran took good care of us, helping us with booking taxis from the airport, transfer to Hue and motorbike rentals during our stay in Hoi An. Most days, we used the free bicycles to ride into town (ten minutes). Quiet location, easy to access. It’s right across the river from "Hoi An Memories Land" (recommend the evening show there). Breakfast was perfect, we got seconds of banana pancakes daily and the recipe from Nguyen, who also has great suggestions for restaurants in town. Comfortable rooms/bathrooms — tastefully designed and arranged, feels like home.

Very accommodating staff and easy travel to and from the old town and surrounding areas. Rooms had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable.

There could have been hangers in the wardrobe, and more glasses/cups in the room. Apart from that- perfect!
