No drinking water, no toiletries, poor cleanliness. Room was not the one we selected, Room was adjacent to common toilets.

Excellent help provided by Kailashji at various times during the stay. Opening gates during midnight during impromptu temple visits or holding off guests even after we missed checking out on time or even sending our missed luggages via Post after carefully packing!!! All these made our stay smooth and tension free

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the family members was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience at the guest house. Every family member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

The location is close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, rooftops, where you can find different breakfast options. From the rooftop of Ganga Guest House you have an excepcional view of the Ganga River and all the ghats. The host Mr. Kailash and his family are nice and helpful, they go an extra mile to help you in anything you need.

The rooms were dirty and had no amenities as mentioned. The bathrooms were dirty and no cleaning staff was available. No cooperation from staff.

The most satisfying place I have ever stayed😃very happy to stay in this guest house.the location was fantastic,it was so beautiful,the view of ganga river was so beautiful from the terrace.this guest house is run by full family members and all the family members are so helpful.i will suggest this place to all the visitors to stay because this is the place where you will get clean room, beautiful view of river Ganga, helpful all family members,it is like a family guest house and I will say it's beyond expectation.I am sure visiting this place will make all the visitors happy😊 LOVED IT 🤩😀👍 One of the photo I am uploading of sunset from ganga paying guest house because this view impressed me so much.

Hots were too humble and polite its feel like home view is too good and the best thing is all are in budget.

It was very clean, perfect location and a great value. Our host treated us like family and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

शहर बनारस से मुझे अप्रतिम प्रेम है। यह वह शहर है जहां की गलियां/घाट/मंदिर/मेरा BHU मुझे बरबस खींच लाता है। इस बार के मेरे बनारस विजिट को खास बनाया गंगा पेइंग गेस्ट हाउस नें जो विश्वप्रसिद्ध अस्सी घाट पर नगवा की तरफ स्थित है। बालकनी से घाट व्यू खासा आकर्षक है और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात कि यहाँ स्टे बजट फ्रेंडली है और इस गेस्ट हाउस की ओनर काफी अच्छी हैं। महज दो दिन के स्टे में ही गंगा गेस्ट हाउस परिवार से एक रिश्ता सा बन गया जो स्मृतियों में खूबसूरत लम्हों के रूप में दर्ज हो गया है। मैं अब जब भी बनारस आऊंगी तो मेरी पूरी कोशिश रहेगी कि मैं यहीं स्टे करूँ। थैंक यू।
