Nothing, did not end up staying at the facility.

Place was dirty, not very well maintained. Curtain rail was hanging on the floor with curtain. Cracks in the wall, ants running on window. Bed and linen look like it was never washed. Glad we decided not to stay over and drove back to England same day.

Nice pub close by.

Front door didn't close properly. There was someone sleeping in the kitchen, weird and also meant I didn't feel very comfortable going in. There was an alarm that was beeping all night. Bathroom was quite dirty.

Bath is very small and room is small. Bed needs to be changed- you sleep on a spring -

I think the place was misrepresented I thought it was a hotel but it was more a Hostel. The facilities were minimal a bed . Small tv and a wardrobe. No basin, no shower, no toilet in room. The curtains were stained with what I have no idea, the lock was hanging of and could not always lock it. Getting onto the property was difficult I was left out in rain for at least 2” mins till one of the other residents let me in. I tried to contact owner at least 3 times and messaging him. Eventually I got through and got the details I needed. The front door was sometimes left open and there was no reception or evidence of anyone being there. Fortunately I was out most of the day.

As above. I did not feel safe in property and there was no other alternative in vacinity to go to.

The rooms are in bad condition it smell bad there is some dumb in the wall and the beds are not comfortable bed sheets are very old cheap materials pillows are not good I was not happy with my stay. Booking.com I am not happy

Bedroom was clean. We had clean towels and bedding.

Front door didn't lock. It was left slightly ajar all through the night. We had a tv but no aerial or TV remote so couldn't watch any television.

Everything about the hotel is bad

The only good thing about this property was the location other than that it was a dirty unkept property!

This property was dirty and unkept to the point me and my child cut out trip short and spent the night in the local Burger King while waiting for the first train home which wasn’t till 5 am!

I liked the location and the ease of entry, the owner sent me the entry specifications before I asked for them.

all the noise is heard through the walls and from the street, but we were able to sleep well despite that :)

Friendly welcome by a woman. didn't catch her name as we were in such a rush. Really good price for the location.

The process to access to the hostel and room is very easy, social zone are very cleaned and the kitchen was very nice.

The heating was not working in my room but they have good blankets.

the bedroom was dirty, the floors had never seen a sweeping brush or hoover, no soap in the shared bathroom and over all was a very scary dingy place to stay. didn’t even stay the night

I really would not recommend this place to stay. They requested a £100 refundable deposit which had to be paid via Paypal or bank transfer (not secure) to give you the code to access the property which was unmanned. I paid the deposit and the person I contacted said 7 days for a refund, the ad says 14 days for a refund and we are now at 21 days. I have messaged via booking.com, I have messaged via text (as they had texted me), I have complained through booking.com and Paypal now. I have also requested a VAT receipt which has been ignored. The room was in a terrible state I have photos of holes in the walls black marks all over the walls like my children had run their hands all over them repeatedly. the furniture was damaged the bed smelled like it had been sprayed with Febreeze not cleaned, it was awful. I also paid an awful lot for what it was due to the England V Wales Rubgy match, I don't dispute the price due to the circumstances however it is definitely not worth it and with the added lack of the return of a damage deposit it has now cost nearly £350. The biggest issue is no communication, I have not heard anything since the stay, we are a professional couple who literally slept in the room and left again (although I was awake from 6am). The bathroom was shared, not clean, did have a bar of soap, no way of drying hands. Overall this is quite possibly one of the worse stays I have ever had in my life, and I have been scammed out of £100.
