A peaceful place in a lovely garden with a great attention to details to make our stay perfect. The apartment is perfect for a family, we had everything we could have think of. Luca’s passion for Venice will guide you if you want to find the best places for everything in the lagoon, he designed a map with all his recommendations. This place was awesome but not just because of the locate itself but because of Luca and Sonia! They were both great and make you feel so welcome! The location was nice because you can easily get to Venice but with multiple transportation options and it’s easy to do a day trip to Verona from there as well. The guesthouse is a perfect location when traveling with a family(we are a family of 4) and we had all the comforts of home. I really liked the fact that there was a tub inside the upstairs bathroom because it makes bathing small children so easily and the size of the shower downstairs is a good size…not tiny like some many other showers you will find in Italy. The size of the whole guest house is large and has plenty of room to spread yourselves and your things out. Lots of restaurants in walking distance to eat at and the area is a very peaceful one. We highly recommend staying here, you will be happy!

The place is awesome, it's huge and we liked the attention to detail. It's mega quiet and so close to Venice at the same time. I'd always stay here! bus takes 20mins only. the host is great. He created his own map for Venice and gave us a long introduction of where and how to get there. Super helpful and accessible.

as the house is surrounded by garden, beginning of oct there were quite a few mosquitos. But ones hunted it worked out well for us, no real problem. The owner also plugged some anti-mosquito devices
