The owners - Cath & Khan - are such wonderfully friendly and helpful people, I genuinely felt a little sad to depart Siem Reap and not stay longer. You don't need to fill your time in Siem Reap with pre-arranged bookings, as they can assist you with local bookings (at much better prices). The hotel has very fancy filtered water available on tap. Khan will tell you all about it! In his defence, it's very good. Oh, and the pool is gorgeous and absolutely the perfect remedy to a long day visiting the Angkor Wat temples.

This is not the owner's fault at all but the road the hotel where the hotel is situated turns into a challenge even for a rally driver; its unpaved surface with stones and random bumps will jolt you into life when arriving/departing in a vehicle!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Passport Villa is owned by the sweetest couple, it is clear they really care about their guests and were readily available to answer any questions we had and knew the area well. The location is also wonderful, quiet at night but extremely close walk to everything (endless restaurants, pub street, etc). We also loved the pool and thoroughly enjoyed lounging after a long day in the heat 10/10 overall.

D'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, des bons plans, des réservations pour les spectacles, excursions et transports. Emplacement idéal : au calme en restant à deux pas de Pub Street, de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants. La chambre était grande et la literie confortable, la piscine très agréable, super petits déjeuner. Bref, si je devais retourner à Siem Reap je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel !

The owners and hosts, Katherine and Khan are what makes this property outstanding . We were greeted with "when you stay with us you are staying with family..." and they meant it. They provided us with incredible local knowledge to supplement the guide books and vlogs we'd seen, arranged for a local driver - Kim, who took us on three separate days to Angor Wat and various attractions around Siem Riep.. Katherine, arranged and booked tours for us, some at the last minute, arranged for taxi service to the airport. Without these wonderful people our trip would not have gone anywhere as smoothly as it did nor as enjoyable. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel / resort, this is not it as the rooms / hotel facilities are simple, clean, comfortable and functional. If you are looking for a 5-start level of caring and help, this is the right place as they will provide you with help better than any 5-star concierge. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was home cooked and simple but certainly sufficient, tasty and convenient.. We'd highly recommend Passport Villa.

Shower took a while to heat up and was never hot, however it really wasn't needed as after touring Angor Wat, a cold / luke warm shower was welcoming.

The hotel is in a really quiet street, yet super close to all shops and the night market and restaurants. The room we stayed at was really spacious and clean. Our girls loved the pool and the staff is really friendly.

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Passport Villa has deserved clearly 10/10 stars. Even before my arrival Kathryn the host helped me with advices whatever I was asking about tours, airport transfer, ... At arrival Kathryn was super friendly and explained me everything necessary to know about money Siem Reap, tours, recommendable restaurants, places, USD payment, ... Ask Kathryn for a restaurant nearby with fantastic Cambodian food, you will enjoy the Khmer Taste. From the first moment I felt well informed and like being at home with good friends Kathryn and Khan. My room was large and all I needed was available. Breakfast was very nice at absolutely fair price. Location is just great within a residential area. In 5 – 10 min walk one can get to all relevant places in the city center. I never felt uncomfortable anywhere on the walk back at nighttime. Tuk Tuks are so cheap, that you can also get back “home” for 1USD. Kathryn will be happy to help you with any tour advice and can book you drivers she knows, to make you enjoy your time in Siem Reap and around. I very much enjoyed the time at Passport Villa. We had an incredible time staying at Passport villa. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we witnessed some exceptional cordiality from the owner (Mr. KHAN). He made sure we got everything we asked for and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We were blown away by the service we received from Mr. Khan. The rooms are beautiful and clean and contain all the basic amenities. Mr. Khan was extremely helpful and super friendly and Last but not the least, we also got a free upgrade at the time of check in since we were accompanied by a 4 years old and even had quite a bit of luggage with us . We greatly enjoyed our time here and we are looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend 👌 Pakistani hospitality at its best!!

Clean and spacious room, pool was great, the host very friendly and helpful. Location is also great, next to the centre of city. Only thing is, that a small fridge inside the room would be great, but I could manage without it as well. Definitely recommended! :)

The bed frame was old, the timber under the bed end up cracked like couple times which few of them wake me up early in the morning. Swimming Pool could get cleaned more often. Beside thats everything else all good.

Excellent location in the center of Siem Reap, a few minutes from the main roads with lots of markets and restaurants nearby. It is a beautiful building full of character and restored to a modern high spec. Our room was very spacious with high ceilings, it was clean, modern and tasteful. There were toiletries, nice towels, comfy bed, refillable drinking water and fresh mangos off the trees! The couple running the hotel are very helpful and welcoming, they organised a taxi from the airport for us and can help to arrange tours and transport. They have lots of info about the local area and are always on hand to help. There is a lovely small pool area which is needed after long days at the temples.

It would have been great to have a small fridge in the room so we could stock up on water and drinks to keep cool. We'd also recommend more comfortable lounge chairs or hammocks around the lovely pool area to make it easier to relax in the afternoon. It'd also be great to extend the shade around the pool as the sun is so hot in the late afternoon. The road coming into the property is uneven and muddy/dusty from construction work which could be difficult for some, especially in the rain.

Wonderful hosts helped organize tours and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Large family room, quiet location close to town center, beautiful bathroom, coconut, banana and mango trees in the yard, nice pool, and great home cooked breakfast and dinner upon request!

Air con and fan had trouble keeping the large room comfortably cool at night (in April).

Kathryn and Khan were the amazing hosts. The room was spacious and clean. Short walk away from pubstreet and night market.

Kathryn and Khan are the main attraction here. The hotel owners are so nice, attentive and helpful, plus they’re just lovely humans. They made our stay in Siem Reap super enjoyable, by helping us book transportation and tours for Angkor Wat, visit the Phare circus, go to the Khna water park, or generally give us great advice and info. Their customer service is 11/10. As for the hotel itself it’s great value. Rooms are huge and clean, the pool is great, and the location is excellent. Yes it’s down a dirt road but so are many other hotels in SR. Overall we loved our stay here, so much so we booked for another 4 days. The kids loved the pool, and there’s Asia market (groceries) around the corner and an excellent French bakery up the road. All in all Kathryn and Khan have got a good thing going here, and the reviews speak for themselves.

Our favorite parts about this property were the pool (especially in the extreme Cambodian heat) and the lovely owners!

Kathryn and khan were the perfect hosts love love love them. Mr. Smie ( not sure spelling ) our Tuk tuk driver was the most excellent. The owners were very good at welcoming us, helping us with a driver to and from the airport and around the temple site. Location was perfect for walking to eating and shopping on a quiet street. And breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed the clean cool pool after a long hot day ….I could go on and on about how great our experience was. I have nothing negative to say will stay again, and would recommend to friends and family coming to Siem reap !!!!!!!
