It was all worth it for the seaside. We paid a low price, but it that didn't justify the downsides, as it is still a 3 star hotel. The sea and the beach were amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the balcony pleasant. Luckily we had a insect screen which was appreciated. There was always fruit and something sweet to eat at the buffet.

There was no cleaning during our 4-night stay, the cleaning staff just took out the garbage and we had to ask twice for our towels to get changed. The room was dirty when we arrived. I walked with socks on the floor, and I picked up hair and tons of dust on them. The air conditioning was moldy and dusty, and there was also mold in the shower. The wall in the corner of the room was damaged by water, likely from the upper floor. The hotel is quite old. We had indigestion from the buffet, most likely the salad. The food wasn't varied, was not very tasty, it was often reheated and displayed for days in a row. Out of 4 coffee machines, only one worked, and you had to stay in line to get coffee for 15 minutes. The juice and soda machines were often broken. Sometimes, you had to wait to get plates and cutlery, as there were too many people, and few staff and plates and cutlery. The staff was outnumbered by far. The reception girls were unpleasant. The snack bar was far, at another hotel. There was no bar at the pool, you had to go to the reception bar to get drinks at the pool. The aqua park is not as close as advertised, you have to walk 2 streets to get there. The pool had no entertainment and no music, and you can cut yourself on the mosaic tiles because they keep chipping. Far from the sea, and the free bus shuttles only circulate during 9am-5pm. Nobody wore masks. Absolutely nobody.

Disappointing. Expectations for the price of the service did not come true. I would not recommend this hotel. Staff completely inexperienced and inadequate. The food is terrible. The cleanliness is terrible.

The room wasn't cleaned, we have to ask 4 times after the check in to send someone to clean the room. The food was almost the same every day, and there was a lot of noise because of 3 or 4 child's football teams that were there. Not the best holiday, I appreciate the lady from the reception that after all the issues she want it to know if everything it's okay now,but all the experience was not so good.
