The hotel was an ideal location for exploring Palermo at a reasonable cost. it was clean and the staff were friendly.

We had booked a room with a sea view but when we arrived we were given a room on the front of the hotel which was very noisy due to traffic.

Accommodation is in an old town house, which is renovated. The rooms are large, clean, very nicely furnished. I loved the high painted ceilings, chandeliers and balcony with green shutters. It's like I'm in another century. Great! You can also park your car for free directly in front of the entrance directly on the street, which is very quiet. The location is good, close to the main station and the main attractions can be reached on foot. We would be happy to stay for several days, but it has already been booked by other guests. I recommendt it!

The stuff on the breakfast was very kind, but the breakfast was too much basic. It would be better if there were fewer pieces of food packed in foil. But that’s no reason not to book again. Everything else was great.

Big room with nice beds. Very kind and helpful staff. The restaurant was excellent and the prices were good.

poor quality of furnishings poor cleanliness in room worn out paintwork scuffed furniture dried footprints on the floor breakfast was not continental but just sweet cakes and brioche style bread for toasting poor quality cereals no cheeses or or panini /rolls meats hams etc

We don't expect 5 stars but a list clean. Walls dirty , doesn't take much with a bit of bleach to clean walls and remove marks an chocolate.Thanks

the room we selected over booking.com had completely different pictures - otherwise I would never book such property. I’ve got an extremely cold and old room with old furniture instead of the room shown on the pictures. I didn’t manage to sleep because of the temperature in the room even with air conditioner turned on at max heat. I believe this is unfair business from the hotel side.
