Beautiful villa with amazing view over the sea. Only a few minutes away from Stoupa and the beautiful beach of Kalogria. The owner Akis is extremely friendly and explains you everything about the place. The Villa itself is very clean and well-maintained. It was a wonderfil stay.

Beautiful Villa,with spectacular views" My wife and I,having recently spent 2 weeks at the Villa Arsinoi, would enthusiastically recommend anyone to experience this beautiful Villa and surroundings. We were met in Stoupa by the owner Akis,and he took us to the the Villa where we would be staying.Akis spoke very good English,and could,nt have been more helpful. The villa is fairly high up in the mountains,so I would say a car is essential.The villa is approached via a steep driveway,but you soon get used to it.It is surrounded by lovely gardens,with many kinds of flowers and cacti.It is a two storey building,with a large wrap around terrace on the ground floor to two sides,complete with outside table and sunbeds.Upstairs there are two further terraces.The house was spotless,and really well equipped with all that you will need.The furniture is really comfy,and we settled in immediately.All mod cons are present,along with the all important Air Conditioning.(Plus Wi-Fi). The views out over Stoupa,and the bay are breathtaking,and you would hard pressed to surpass them,along with the most beautiful sunsets. If you are looking for a relaxing quite,and stunning location,then the Villa Arsinoi is hard to beat. My wife and I can highly recommend this property,along with meeting the owner Akis. Best regards

We spent a very restful 2 weeks in this beautifully designed and furnished villa. There is a terrace for every time of day to be in or out of the sun, incredible views over the bay and the mountains. Being above the town of Stoupa means that it is very peaceful and you benefit from the cool breezes. You can tell that the owner is an architect, it is so well designed. We spent many happy hours on the terrace, but it is also a great base for exploring this fascinating part of the Peloponnese. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained and the owner was very helpful. Lots of nice restaurants in Stoupa and fantastic swimming.
