great location

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping answered our every request from extra pillows to extra towels.

The noise!! Unfortuantely, there are two Electronic Dance Clubs about six blocks away and their speakers are aimed directly at the hotels in the area and can be heard within a three-mile radius. The thumping bass line actually shook my insides at times. The music starts at 5pm and is relentless until midnight or even 2am. We couldn't even enjoy a romantic cocktail by the pool in the evenings. Apparently the city of Ha Long Bay is rebranding itself as "The City that Never Sleeps". Mission accomplished; I hope it works out for them.

The disco tech music across the street goes until 11pm -midnight, depending on the day.

I don’t usually right reviews but I just wanted to thank everyone at the hotel Especially (Thun ) who went out of her way to help me All the staff was pleasant and spoke good English (which was nice) Food was lovely very clean and comfortable rooms Location was great Amazing view from balcony

Hotel looked quite deserted and rooms were big but not maintained as per our expectation.

our room had no shower and there was often no hot water the bed was hard as rock it was eerily quiet… in the hotel and surrounding the first night (a Monday) was so noisy from the surrounding beach clubs (despite there being no one around) until around 1am that it was impossible to sleep

The hotel meal in restaurant was expensive and awful the pool no cushions on beds and not set up

swimming pool and the poolside bar is a nice place to chill out at night after going around Halong city and playing in Sunworld. The location is very good, near to the beach.

Very professional and kind staffs, they offer my family the cute little cake for my daughter's birthday. We highly appreciate that. Great swimming pool which we love the most. The breakfast is ok. The ocean view and the balcony in my room are marvelous. I like the bath tub as well, amazing. Super hotel
