Location good and breakfast good

The location was great as it was near to where our children lived in River Club, the breakfasts were good and Joyce very friendly and willing to assist. We didn't spend any time on the property so have no comment with regards to amenities at the lodge.

The only reason for the low review was I think primarily die to the way Booking.com marketed the venue. I gained the impression that all rooms were of similar size and facility, but the one I booked was nothing like the impression created on the website. It was meant to be a standard room, but it was only just big enough to fit a standard double bed, there was no space for a pedestal on one side (in fact it was difficult to get out of bed that side). The bathroom door hit the bed when opened. Credit to Joyce she did try to move us out just for one day when a larger room became available.

It is a beautiful place, well looked after. Love the location and it near a river and walking trail.

Breakfast to be on time and to have a variety.

The place is beautiful and clean. The staff are so friendly and Joyce goes out of her way to help with anything you need. The view is gorgeous and breakfast was delicious.

The channel options on the television are very limited, but that is a small complaint against a wonderful three-night stay.

For 4stars there should be milk, not Cremora in room. Also at least 1 bottle of water. Put of 3 plugs, 1 worked.
