Comfortable, spacious room with great service. The pool is very enjoyable to swim, water is the right temperature. Overall, the place look exactly like the images.

No iron present in the room, quite difficult to want to iron clothes.

Very boutique-style. The staff was phenomenal, all of them. They organised a variety of things for us and ensured everything was in order. Food was good, but the town is also a short drive with scooter or taxi, with plenty of good restaurants to pick. The pool is great, breakfast as well. Spacious balconies

our room was on the 3rd level which was just above the restaurant where the breakfast buffet is. The room walls were so thin you can hear everything that is going on down there from the moment they start to cook. So every morning we have to get up earlier than we wanted. The rooms next door keeps slamming from the workers cleaning and doing room services.

What a great place this is! Just a little bit outside of old town, but a very serene place. Still quite some food options around even though you are not in the city center. If you have a scooter you will find great restaurants in no time! The room was spacious and clean and had an amazing pool view! Definitely book a room with a view if you can. The bathtub and the shower is amazing! The pool itself is great and it was not that busy when I was there. The staff can't be faulted, they had been very nice to me from the beginning. Breakfast was decent, a very normal breakfast in Vietnam.

Not a big deal at all, but it would be nice if they had a "do not disturb" sign available.

we had the most amazing stay. The staff were amazing, they helped us rent a scooter for our stay, gave us tips of the best places to go, and generally went out of their way to help. The place itself was beautiful, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bath was amazing. Was great to relax by the pool also. We loved the location as it was close to the town and the beaches, having a scooter helped us explore a lot. Breakfast was great too

Not the best breakfast but great value for money! You have lots of choices for food around anyway so breakfasts hound not be an issue

recently renovated and under new management a great boutique hotel with large confortable rooms with separate toilet shower and bathtub restaurant by the river very nice staff, good breakfast nice swimming pool wish the jacuzzi part was heated but it’s almost never the case in Vietnam. will definitely come back !

Everything here is great. The staff was responsive and very helpful, they worked so hard to make sure our groups' requirements were met. The room is spacious, and I love the bathroom plan where the sink, bath, and toilet are designed separately so roommates can use them at the same time.

Amazing staff! We have traveled in Vietnam for 1 month and this is the best service we have ever recieved. Especially Sunny helped us with everything and made our stay amazing. I recommend this place for everyone visiting Hoi An. Kind regards from the traveling group from Norway :))

The staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate us with all requests.

There were no restaurants nearby and hotel restaurant was closed when we arrived. This place seems to be recovering from the pandemic and currently improving facilities.

Ruby was so hospitable and ensured that I was safe and provided for. I highly recommend that you stay here. The property is clean and airy. I enjoyed my stay and they provide taxi services for to and fro to town.

The hotel is beautiful and quiet, I have been there twice time. I'm very satisfied Breakfast not too much but very good,room very clean and staff is so friendly. Especially, they have Bamboo Restaurant on the river. It's very beautiful,very cool.

Absolutely everything. Location is just out of town and is very peaceful, just a short valet service ride into town and back with no delays. The resort manager and staff are most accommodating in every aspect, from great tour organisers to great advisors on where to buy tailored clothing and leather goods. All meals were sensational and very delicious.

Nothing, we loved everything about this resort. In fact, this is the second time we have stayed here, the first time was in 2016, and we are definitely already planning a third trip in 2023.

Great garden with beautiful view to the river. Lovely staff and nice equipements. Cold welcome drink during checkin and also they have free shuttle bus to the old town. We will come back next time

Loved the staff when we were there 25th to 30th Oct. We actually went through Typhoon Noru there and they couldnt do enough to make us safe. Soung and breakfast staff were happy and very helpful food was delicious. Reception staff , cleaners and yard staff great they all made our stay enjoyable.

Situated a little too far out which would have been ok but no shuttle bus which booking.com.said they had . Booking.com also stated laptop in room and fresh fruit on arrival which is not true it was not a problem for us but it needs to be corrected as people expect what is offered.
