Just what you need for a night in puerto montt. very spacious rooms at a very decent price. the staff is very kind and helpful.

It is a good price but it feels like it needs a facelift. Corridors and rooms feel a little dingy; our room was a little musty; the upholstered furniture could use either a deep cleaning or a deposit; and the mattresses should be encased. Nothing felt “dirty” and the housekeeping staff works hard, but things just felt old and well-used.

Large, comfortable room with nice views and a kitchen. The staff was great! I appreciated the free parking garage. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the water front.

The staff were friendly and the beds were comfy. Very good location. Kitchenette was suitably equipped.

The bathroom was very small, the toilet kept having problems - the water kept running and we kept having to fix it. The refrigerator had a small freezer compartment, but it was missing the door, so everything in the fridge froze. One of our party was a vegan and we had bought a huge amount of fruit and vegetables, which were basically ruined after being in the fridge overnight. The wifi only worked properly in one part of our room, but other members of our party in another room couldn't use the wifi at all. We didn't have breakfast included.
