The location is very good. Breakfast had plenty of options in the buffet. Parking was very safe as it is inside the hotel premises. Room was very clean upon arrival and everyday.

The rooms are getting old, the carpet could use some cleaning as it had many stains. There´s a building nearby with permanent loud music, perhaps some rock academy of sorts, which made it somewhat noisy for the east oriented windows.

Located close to the bus terminal, 5 blocks away. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower head was nice and water ran hot. Overall an okay hotel but not worth the price point.

BREAKFAST For a hotel that was offering breakfast, it was disappointing the quality and variety left wanting. Bizarre choice to offer powdered stuff mixed with water (that’s what it tasted like) as opposed to orange juice. For Anglos (not me) who may be used to cooked scrambled eggs, they would find the eggs offensive (too runny). The muffins were a bit stale and details like leaving skin on the kiwi was odd. Oh and if this hotel is offering that god awful Column yoghurt (Chilean brand), they may as well not have put it out. Same with the plastic flavourless cheese you see everywhere in Chile. And why have pictures of bacon if you’re not going to offer that. The awful Nescafé sachets were bizarre too. If a little town on the island of Chiloe could offer coffee expressed by machines, not sure what the excuse here is. Overall, the quality of food wasn’t good and international travellers from the UK, USA, Europe, Australia would have found this spread disappointing. ROOM Not sure what was up with the fuzzy screen. Sure the building and decor is a bit dated and I could deal with that but they ought have upgraded TVs by now. Needed tissues and didn’t see a tissue box in the room. CHECK OUT Weird to have reception call the room in front of me and Mum to confirm with another person that the items that had been consumed were all accounted for. Not very professional and left a weird vibe. Also, they didn’t have small change which you would think would not be a problem at a hotel.

Front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

5th floor president suite bathroom tub had decaying green plant substance come out while bathing. There was a pungent rotting smell. We were moved to 6th floor president suite and issue was gone. Front desk personnel acknowledged and addressed issue. But not happy how management handled it.

Under the stage-1, quarantine, hotel staffs support well for everything. There is a small difficulty to communicate in English with some staffs, I felt no problem for stay. A supermarket opened is about 3 blocks distance and the seaside park is just a front. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Built-in kitchen is small but functional to prepare dinner.

The breakfast is delivered to the door every morning. Its content is almost same during my stay. At the tower side room, very noisy rock band lesson is operated often in the evening sometimes until midnight.
