I booked because it has an ev chaŕger but it was only accessible by a mobile phone app ,should be available to charge through credit or debit card .I had problems with charging my car as there are very few chargers in the the area otherwise a good hotel.

Paid for Gala dinner which I thought you would get wine or champagne on arrival or at midnight to bring in the new year

A good sized bed and good location

Expected a better room given the price. A damaged window we couldn't open, damaged tiles in the bathroom and mould around the bath. We couldn't comment on the staff as we didn't see them. We stayed at a much cheaper hotel on our first night and have to say it turned out to be a better experience.

Great meal on the first night with a good selection of food and wine. Nice to find a white Riocah. A full and varied excellent breakfast. Staff all very freindly and engaging

Possibly due to location of room but the internbet was very poor and to be honest didn;t improve much in the common areas so maybe it's Wifi in general not just our room

Lovely room and breakfast. Very nice grounds and we enjoyed having a drink by the river on a sunny day.

We couldn’t get a reservation at the restaurant which was a shame. However, we found somewhere lovely in the town.

The room was wonderful with a view over the river, staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, breakfast was the standard offering in a hotel and well cooked. The dinner menu ,although short, gave an excellent choice of well cooked food.

Our original room was very small and dark but we were given a lovely alternative room.

The parking was good, the hotel is tastefully decorated and the room was clean, we had everything we needed.

On arrival, the receptionist was efficient but not welcoming. The restaurant staff were quite abrupt, for example a bottle of wine was delivered and slammed onto our table with two glasses but no cooler and no conversation. The waiting staff left much to be desired especially the blonde lady wearing a visor as a peaked cap who clearly didn’t want to be there. Thank goodness for Daisy, who was efficient and delightful rescuing the deficiencies of others!
