Excelente lugar para un descanso familiar. Nos gustó todo - el trato excepcional del personal, la comida, los paisajes y la ubicación.

No tengo nada de qué quejarme. Todo estaba perfecto.

Las instalaciones son lindas. El personal de servicio es muy querido. Me encantó q es un hotel petfriendly. La comida es muy buena.

Las ventanas del hotel deberían tener mallas de protección, no todos las mascotas son perros, algunos son gatos de interior. La piscina debería ser climatizada, como el jacuzzi, en mi instancia el agua estaba helada por el clima, los niños no pudieron disfrutarla. Música, el dueño no permite colocar algo de música... Si bien es cierto el sonido de los pájaros es hermoso, pero ambientar el restaurante y piscina a un desivel moderado no cae mal. Ampliar el menú, entendiendo q tienen un buen chef.

The massage is a joke, although cheap it is a rip-off service 3 sunbeds and 2 chairs around the swimming pool The hotel currently undergoes renovation, of which we were not informed ahead: if you just plan to sleep there or to make the coffee tour great, if you plan to rest or sleep until 8am- impossible, as the heavy noise is from dawn till dusk

Overall really nice. Restaurant and the staff are amazing, also super helpful with our special needs with a baby. Very good value for money.

Rooms are a bit old, we stayed as a group in 4 different which were either very dark or very noisy or very humid. The receptionist with square glasses is quite unfriendly, but the rest of staff is amazing.

Surrounded by natural beauty with magnificent views. Locally sourced materials used in construction. Unique spaces such as hummingbird tree and stargazing outdoor beds.

Is a bit out of the way for most tourist destinations.

An authentic coffee plantation Hacienda owned by the same family for over 100 years. Amazing staff that stop at nothing to ensure you have a perfect stay. Good food, excellent margaritas, and a fun coffee tour experience that’s great for children as well. A special thanks to Jonathan, Oscar, Juan José, and Mauricio, for making our visit memorable.

the bed is very big and comfortable, the swimming pool has a nice view, the hotel style is cozy, the included breakfast is plenty and good. In addition, the personal was very kind and cooperative when we want to change the dates of our reservation and the room.

The room was clean. There was a mosquito net in the window (not all hotels have that and it is very useful). The staff speaks English and is very friendly. They can order a taxi or tour for you if you need it. The hotel surrounding is very beautiful. There are avocado and orange trees, and coffee bushes around. You can observe hummingbirds and other colorful birds, etc. The swimming pool is a bit cold but is big and swimming surrounded by beautiful nature is very relaxing. There are also a jacuzzi and sauna but it needs to be booked in advance (there is high demand so we were able to book it just twice during 4 days stay). The hotel offers also massages for an additional fee. The food in the restaurant is very good.

The water in the bathroom was cold in the evenings. At some point, there was no water available for an hour or so. To get to the hotel you need to drive on the field road. It gets very muddy after the rain. There is a weak noise coming probably from the street nearby that can be heard all the time. It did not bother me but it bothered my partner a lot. He could not relax.

The Hacienda and the views are beautiful. Staff is very kind and helpful. Pool is so nice. Coffee tour is very worthy. Very close to Armenia El Eden airport.

Food is a little bit expensive for being in Colombia but okay.

THIS PLACE IS A TOURIST TRAP, BE CAREFUL. It was our worst experience in Colombia in almost 4 weeks. They are trying to cheat you on airport transfer prices (we got transport from Armenia 3x cheaper), apply tips to your bill you are not aware of, there was a scorpion in our room, no power reachable power outlets, room was tiny and dark. It had 2 windows without courtains - one to the patio where people sit and talk, other one to the corridor where people walk. We could hear every noise from the patio, corridor and other rooms. There was no warm water in our room, even though they said there should be. The hotel is situated far from any shops or restaurants, so you must eat in their restaurant which prices don't meet the quality. The breakfast is free, but made of cheapest ingredients, and always the same. It's a coffee farm, but the coffee for breakfast is awful, for coffee from a coffee machine you have to pay extra. Cherry on the top is the noise, you can hear the trucks on the main road or bikes on the dirt road near the hotel. 2 positive things: the birds and the coffee tour with Maurizio. Please avoid this accomodation at any cost.
