The staff was very kind and flexible and waited for us as we had a late bus that came in from Pasto at 11:30. The pool area is very cute and perfect to dip in on a sunny day. There is a lot of green space and the vibe is very chill. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a close walk to San Antonio, where you will find many restaurants and bars.

The toilet was having some difficulties with flushing that my boyfriend had to fix. Although the fan was perfect for the weather, the sheet alone wasn’t enough to keep me warm (the fan was on the lowest setting) so I had to add extra layers to keep warm. Perhaps adding more bedding for those who want to use the fan and for chillier nights.

They contacted me in advance to make sure everything is good and if I need a cab. The staff and the service is beyond great. The facilities are excellent. Breakfast is nice. And the pool is very clean and inviting. Would come back if I will have the chance.

Very nice manager with good communication on WhatsApp before and after visit. She gave us comfort by making sure we were safe with the driver we had hired on Indriver for our follow up trip. Beautiful little garden with pool, flowers and breakfast table. Good breakfast that made us discover new types of fruit juice.

A bit old but well maintained and comfortable. Neighbourhood felt safe but it is residential and doesn't have as many tourists (and restaurants) as San Antonio

Everything was good. The ladies really helpful, the location was good, in a safe neighborhood.The room spacious and very clean. It has a pool. Totally recommended it

It was a bit difficult for the taxi driver to find it. Maybe a bigger sign? And it will be a big help from the staff could speak basic English

I liked everything. the room was big and comfortable, great bed and good shower. loved the balcony and the common area with the swimming pool. located in a quite area slightly up a hill, I could view the city from the balcony. Ten stars to the staff. friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. I highly recommend this property!

I'm writing on behalf of my Colombian spouse, who was the actual guest (I was not there)... but she was very pleased with everything about her stay. The staff, the lodgings, location, breakfast. Everything. I will definitely book her in there again.

The service was impeccable! My room had a small balcony with a nice view and enough privacy to work and rest. The place is well located and still can enjoy the city's cultural scene. Will be back!

the pool was small but my little sister enjoyed it, furthermore, they were helpful at the time we need the kitchen. also, they allowed us to pay the total cost of the rooms at the end of our stay and they were nice at the time to guide us in the city as well

our rooms smelled like cigarette and our concern was if the guest are allowed to smoke inside, we ask to the receptionist but she just denied the fact, letting us know that the smoke was coming from outside but the rooms were smelling too much cigarette, also, the noice from outside and the guest coming in at late night was annoying as we can heard everything from our rooms. moreover, the overpricing of their service was too much and the breakfast repetitive, the charged us 2 times the real cost of a liter of milk but instead it was only a small jar of milk to later on charging us for a broken jar lid that we were pretty sure we didn’t break it, as we checked the room trying to find it without success, for our surprise the lady finding it in a cabinet we had already check it in advance, wrapped in a napkin that we didn’t have during our stay in the house so at the end of the discussion she charged us 30.000 for it. everything was about money, since the beginning they advise us that everything in the room was clean and white and if we stained something we had to pay for it while is the first time I personally heard this in a hotel and with the fear of use the towels specially the one we use to dry our feet to go out of the shower.

The staff was okay

This cannot be a $40/night hotel. This hotel doesn't deserve more than $20/night. Noisy room (noise coming from street), cheap toiletries, no hot water (I had to take shower with cold water), no AC, room poorly furnished and very basic breakfast.

it is a quiet place, located in a very safe neighborhood. People taking care of the place are very nice and caring, and make sure everything is working properly for you.

I believe there are a couple of things that can be improved for those travelling for business purposes, like relocating the wifi access point, so there is wifi next to the pool, which is a great working space.

This small hotel was ideally situated for the parts of Cali we were interested in visiting. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and generous in size. There is also a very pleasant garden to sit in and cool off with a beer, and a small pool. The fan which is provided in the room ensures the temperature is always comfortable.

Nothing, it is great value for money.

This ageing facility provided us with a good night's sleep and a hearty breakfast with great coffee. The tiny garden by the tiny pool is a lovely place to eat your breakfast.
