The only thing good about this hotel was the view! It also was next door to a lovely hotel that I booked to go back to a month later and 💯better half the price.

hotel was very bland needs a lot of tlc pool sun bed area needs revamp and entertainment wasn’t worth staying in for and the food was absolutely awful 😞

It would be nice to have an opportunity to lock the door from the inside. Window is constructed from several glass pieces,so it is not possible to fully close the window, there still will be gaps ( a bit noisy in the mornings).

The location was amazing, right on the water. nice to have a pool, sun loungers, and a pool table.

Floors in hotel room dirty, had to wear socks to keep my feet clean. Bar staff quite rude and abrupt. The breakfast was poor quality.

A waiter during breakfast was very rude as he told us to "hurry up" 3 times whilst talking in Spanish to other waiters and using foul language. In th breakfast choices were not so many and the plates were not clean.

Brilliant location: 2 minute walk to the beach,resturants (very good resturants) and shops. About 20 mins walk to cala dor. Sun beds were easy enough to get as pool does not open until I think 10am and you are not allowed to reserve beds. Beds are comfy except from the gap in the middle of where the two mattresses join. Pillows were comfy also Tv has your usual British TV channels Air con very good! Absolute life saver. The young girl on the pool bar and the woman with the blonde hair on reception are lovely and friendly. The only people that actually were approachable! Sun loungers have been updated. Cleaners are fantastic room was cleaned everyday. Struggling to find anything else positive to write.

Rude staff, especially the bald man that works in the resturant, if you can call it that. Food was horrible I go on holiday around 3 times a year and this is the worst food I have ever seen at a hotel. If you have young children or anyone that is fussy I would avoid this hotel. We were half board. Im glad we did not go allinclusive as it would of been a waste of money. Other pwople qe spoke to that was allinclusive not one person had a good thing to say about the food/drink.We stayed for dinner one night and he never went back! Absolutely disgusting. It was like school dinners in the 60s. Also you were charged for a drink with your meal. Not even a bottle of water. That's the first time that's happened to me when being half board. We had breakfast every morning but that was also very basic. Nothing like you usually get in an all inclusive hotel. You are charged 4 euros to fill up a waterbottle!!! Also charged for a class of ice! The whole hotel needs a good renovation, it was very clean but everything was very very old. On the balcony the table and chairs were all rusted and you would get splinters off the chipping paint. The walls were paper thin. For 7 nights we had to listen to what we thought was a brothel! Disgusting! I'm all for having a good time with your partner but we would be woken up multiple times from noises like somebody was being murdered! Thank goodness there wasn't kids in our room. Genuinely thought I was sitting in the room with them! There was next to no entertainment! Alot of people spent there night outside listening to the hotel next doors music.

Views are ok but the organization should be better. Check in is from 14h but restaurant closses at 14.30 so for all inclusive not even time to eat. No DJ or music as other hotels nearbuy,very poor internal organization. Stuff very nice eventually.

Food is ok, but very basic, not bad for two days, but if you stay more days probably you will be rid of the same.

Location was beautiful stunning views overlooking the bay. I have travelled all over the world and I found you couldn't have a better view. Afternoon time you could see all the beautiful yachts moored up family's enjoying themselves.

Reasonable hotel in a great location for the bay. Ideal for families with children as everything is close by. Not ideal for singles or couples. All inclusive fare was basic but adequate.

Needs updating and the food could have been better. Rooms are very basic and, unless you sit in reception, wifi is poor.

Very old hotel, woden windows. Everything is very old. Hotel need renovation. Breakfast is not very good and not very bad.

I loved the staff! Eduardo and Luis, two members of the bar staff, were so welcoming and kind! They made us feel valued and they truly took care of us. Overall, the whole staff are friendly and kind, always willing to help

Pillows are a bit naff, too small. And the food can get repetitive if you’re on all inclusive but getting one or two meals elsewhere solves the problem.

The location is unbeaten.

They did not have amenities to shower privately after checkout, had to do it in the pool shower. Probably the only thing I disliked. Apart from that is was just great.
