Location great and decent value

We only had the cleaners in one day and perhaps could have had more

Absolutely nothing to like will never stay there again will l share my bad experience in social media...

Very disappointed with the whole experience rude stuff and cricket in room kept me awake all night

I have to give a massive shout out to the maids/cleaners. We had then knock pretty much every day and had to turn them away as it was clean enough, we had an abundance of towels and toilet rolls. Couldn't fault them at all.

Erm...I have a list! Firstly, from reading the previous reviews, I'm guessing the response will be..we should have said something, it wasn't their fault, they've never had an issue before. However .... The apartments are basic, in fact, beyond basic. We stayed for 18 days and have stayed for many years in Cala D'dor and Cala Ferrara. We have stayed in some beautiful apartments that felt we were in a home from home. And so this apartment filled me with dread the minute I walked in. There are no basic features like pictures on the walls or mirrors in every room (one thing a group of girls complained about but again were shot down). The living room didn't even have a lamp. We had to sit of an evening with this industrial coloured ceiling light on that hurt my eyes whilst trying to enjoy a relaxing time. On the first day I had to go to reception to advise one of our beach towels was dirty, we didn't have a safe and one of the duvets had blood on, to which within a shot I was told it was fresh blood, so I'm assuming she was implying it was my blood that made it on to the duvet that was taken out of the wardrobe only 15 mins before. We did get which was promised a safe, which they carried over and placed on to one of the wardrobe shelves, which kind of defeated the purpose of a safe if some one can them come in and just carry it out again. The sofas were dirty. The shower was, I assume, blocked because after 2 mins of it being on, flooded the entire bathroom and seeped under the floor boards because there was no seal in between. I didnt dare put my children in there due to the safety hazard of nearly falling on my arse numerous times (very slippy) and the fact it was growing its own penicillin. All the other apartments said they didn't have issues with their showers. The toilet smelt musty and damp.

We had one of the Annex Apartments, which are located a short walk from reception and the main pool area .. A/c in every room which was unexpected, very clean and spacious..and also very quiet

We had the main pool virtually to ourselves the majority of our Stay . The pool bar would often close during a quiet period, so that meant you couldn’t get any Drinks or snacks , but the staff who worked in the bar , when they were there , are lovely..

Beautiful property, spotless & spacious with a Spar close by. Mia on reception was very attentive during our stay, always happy to help.

If I had to pick something, the only minor downside to this property is it’s 25 minute walk to Cala D’or centre where all the shops, restaurants & bars are but we didn’t mind the walking and appreciated the quietness around the property during the night.

The location was great. Staff was also friendly. Nice pool.

So the pictures of the room that you see in the booking site are very different in reality. All the furniture is much older and not so fancy as in the photos. The apartment was not cleaned every day, but only 2 times after we went to reception to insist on this. It was communicated that the apartment would be cleaned every day. The bathroom was very small, so you can not turn around almost. All in all, I think this hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars, but rather 3. For 4 stars and that price, I would expect more.

Lovely pool area. Comfy beds & spacious living area too with great air con.

Minor issue was the air con unit was located on the balcony , so the hot air was blowing out of the unit when it was on, meaning the balcony was then far too hot to sit on.

Dirty rooms, old furniture , INSECTS in the room They took a deposit from us for 100€ And few days after checkout they told to us that they will return only 40€ because we “stole” beach blue towels *facepalm*

Great facilities with the two pools and the poolside bar, the rooms were comfortable had everything you needed with a nice balcony, staff are very helpful and good location

Breakfast staff were lovely and great with our child. The pool was great

Ants in the room and we were handed any spray - not ideal to use when we have a toddler. Room was not cleaned on our penultimate day - not ideal with a days worth of dirty nappies. Balcony door didn’t lock

The swimming pool was great - a good size and clean, never very busy. It’s a short walk to a beach.

The apartments were clean and modern but I would say more like a 3 than 4 star place.

Pool suites are amazing, pool is very quiet, location is fine, 20 min walk to centre, very clean, nice pool bar, amazing cocktails.

Fully equipped apartment with direct access to the very nice pool; nearest beach in a few minutes.

Not possible to spend some time on terrace with glass of wine because of working irrigation system.

Good facilities, very nice and helpful staff. Pools are great and we’ll maintained.

We had a problem with AC but the staff solved it. There are almost no places to hang towels or clothes except for cabinets. No place to put toilet utilities. They seem to be short-staffed.

Beautiful terasse with direct access to swimming pool, great location close to the most beautiful beaches.

Unfortunatelly very humid ground floor suite (even the bedsheets were wet) with some mould on the walls. Bathroom would need a renovation, kitchenette poorly equiped. Eventhough swimming pool was supposed to be adults only, there were kids playing every second day.

Ideally situated for those with a car.

Parking was a problem

The apartment was really nice. The pool was incredible.

The furniture was a little bit broken and the toilet was a bit old and stinking. They fix the problem in the end.

The location is amazing, less than a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and both pools were amazing. The staff were very good, we left in a rush one morning leaving a bit of a mess and came back to a spotless apartment! I’d definitely recommend staying here if you are in Cala d’or.

This isn’t to do with the property, but if you’re staying here I’d advise to go into Cala d’or centre for food as the food in the Cala ferrera area isn’t great.

There was a big problem with drain pipe. Bad smells. Nobody reacted to my messages :-(

The place was lovely, the beds were perfect, the view was wonderful and the check in method was nice as well. When we came back from a trip, even the dishes had been done!

The shower didn't work and there was no response on the whatsapp that they advertised

The major issue with this property is that it was not properly cleaned: There were stains on pretty much all surfaces - bedside tables, kitchen table, patio table and bathroom counter. The drawers hadn't been cleaner - I found what seemed to be a nose ring in my bedside table. There was also a hair on the toilet seat. The hand towel in the bathroom had stains on it - if it hadn't been washed or replaced since the previous guests, that is disgusting. All of these cleanliness issues had a huge effect on our perception, comfort and enjoyment within the apartment. We ended up avoiding spending any time there at all. Another major issue was the smell coming out of the bathroom drains - it got worse during our stay and made it hard to spend any amount of time in the bathroom. The lounge light fixture was broken (the glass that surrounds the light bulb) - unsightly and perhaps not the safest feature.
