The park is very calm, in a remote place, so good to relax. The SPA is very good, the interior pool is great. The tree house is very nice.

The restaurant is a bit dated, it needs a refreshment, not in line with the houses and SPA. The prices are high in the restaurant and not a lot of options in the surroundings. When you pay the price you pay for the houses, you should not need to pay 6€ for the SPA (pool and sauna) in a 4*, it not makes sense, even more if it is not just one time per day, if you go 2 times in a day, you pay that value 2 times.

The room is original and large, and the surrounding park is very beautiful with amazing trees, but the closed casino, the abandoned buildings, the general aspect of the place, made the place strange and empty of life ( at least sane life !!) - the quality of the bike lended by the hotel is really poor considering the need of them to move across the hotel and for the price of one night, they could invest !!!. The restaurant serve good qualitative meals but very expensive and the ambiance is very strange too..... and the restaurant booking story is just useless !!! we have to book for a 30 mn slot, coming to the restaurant early in the evening ( no more booking after 8h30!) when the hotel and the restaurant were empty ( at least looks like very empty!!!) BF are good and generous and waiters(sse) are friendly and efficient ! the spa works the same and we felt more like they did not want to work too much! so we did not book treatment. Its looks like the hotel is far from the city, in the forest, when it's not true , just a park inside the tiny town. So the 4 starts is too much and we consider the cost of the night too much for the entire service !

the property is located in a beautiful and peaceful forest. the rooms are big, the beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept like babies. the staff are very kind. we especially enjoyed the massage in the spa and the sparkling water . we enjoyed our trip. e

There is a stagnant lake near the restaurant. Not sure if it’s sewage but it smells really bad. Water damage in apartment….staff not fussed about fixing.

The cabins. Should be better clean and better decorated. The charged price is an absolute nonsense facing what is delivered. Was expecting a much more agreeable cabin, with comfortable interior lightning and decor, which was nowhere to see. Nice hotel, but for half of what they charge.

Great surroundings and very peaceful location. Perfect for a relaxing stay. The town was easily accessible in case of need.

Families can't use SPA (only btw 10 and 15 which doesn't make sense if you check in at 15 only!!), staff too relaxed (went for bfast which started 10 mins late!)

Interesting park to visit and spend time. Good food both for dinner and breakfast. Good location.

Bungalows are pretty on the outside but lifeless on the inside. The grand hotel is in disrepair and the dining facility is not a great space.

Location is fantastic; spa is really good. Lodge was very good.

The tree house was amazing, the staff absolutely lovely, food and drinks great and all set in a lovely surroundings.
